There all transactions of daily life, bars, bakeries, restaurants. The nearest supermarket (bar and grocery store) and a restaurant are just km away.
The quiet location amidst the nature park (Gola Rossa e di Frasassi) guarantees relaxation away from traffic noise and bustle of the cities. Dolce far niente is there yet experienced! A nice talk with the barista, a small recommendation in newsagent, interspersed with a few Espresso Schlecker teasers from Pasticceria ... Just live again

Direkt im Naturpark ist eines der Gebote: Ruhe vor Verkehrsgeräuschen.
Dies bedingt, dass keine autobahnähnlichen Straßen, keine U-Bahnstation vorhanden sind.
Schade, dass Sie unsere weite Panoramalage dem Getümmel einer Großstadt vorziehen.

Dreamlike autumn week in the Marche region
In this apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired, we spent a wonderful week in glorious weather. High up on a hill, the house is wonderfully secluded on a 10,000 m² plot of land with old trees. The view extends far into the hilly landscape of the Marche region, and the view becomes completely unobstructed when you move a few meters from the house uphill towards the forest.
The furnishings and equipment of the apartment are excellent: exquisite open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner gas cooker on a huge granite countertop, oven, and all the necessary utensils of a modern kitchen, overly complete.
Cozy dining area, television with all German programs, well-functioning WiFi, comfortable beds, very large, modern bathroom, very nice, completely private terrace with a view of the garden and the surrounding mountains, etc., etc...
The access from the main road to the house leads over a small, approximately 500 meter long, sometimes slightly steep private road, which the owners maintain and keep in good drivable condition with great effort. Some skill is required of the driver, but since hardly anyone else drives here, there are no problems with maneuvers to avoid.
The surrounding area is full of sights. On every hill around, you will find charming medieval towns. Many classical destinations in the Marche region such as Urbino, Jesi, and others are easily accessible.
Note for stargazers: From the terrace and garden, we enjoyed magnificent views of the night sky, which is usually only so clear in the high mountains. In complete darkness, no scattered light from nearby settlements disturbed the eye. The Andromeda Galaxy could be seen with the naked eye.
Summary: It was a very, very successful holiday week - and the presence of the German homeowners, who stood by us in a difficult situation on the last day, was a great help to us. Thank you!

Seele baumeln lassen vom feinsten
Wir haben das Haus letztes Jahr im Herbst für 2 Wochen gemietet und waren/sind begeistert! Der nächste Urlaub ist schon wieder gebucht.
Die Wohnung ist in der Tat genau so, wie es vorher telefonisch sehr ausführlich und freundlich beschrieben und auf Bildern im Internet gezeigt wurde.
Die Wohnung ist modern, freundlich, top ausgestattet und bietet genügend gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeit sollte mal etwas schlechtes Wetter sein.
Auf den beiden gemütlichen Terrassen kann man entweder morgens seinen Espresso geniessen oder aber abends (mein Favorit!) bei einem Glas Wein den Mond bestaunen, die Grillen zirpen hören und einfach nur genießen.
Frische Kräuter zum kochen sind direkt am Haus, die Umgebung ist wunderschön und der einzige Kritikpunkt ist quasi, dass es so weit weg ist und der Urlaub irgendwie immer viel zu kurz für so eine schöne Zeit wie wir sie dort hatten.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Traumhafte Landschaft, wunderschöner Weitblick, ruhige Lage, großer Garten mit genügend Bäumen um Hängematten aufzuhängen. Man kann sich direkt vor dem Haus sowohl in die Sonne legen (dank immer etwas lauem Wind nicht so drückend wie im Tal sondern sehr angenehm) als auch eher im Schatten liegen.
free time activities: Wir haben bevorzugt die Ruhe im Garten bei leckerem Essen, einem guten Buch und noch besserem Wein genossen. Es sind sehr schöne Tagesausflüge in traumhafte kleine und größere Städtchen möglich.
Vor Ort in der Wohnung liegt eine Tippsammlung bereit mit zahlreichen Vorschlägen was man in der Umgebung machen kann, von Sport und Action, über Essen und Kultur. Wir konnten nicht ansatzweise alles ausprobieren.
shopping facilities: Im Nachbardorf ist ein sehr netter Tante Emma Laden mit Bar, der alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs in sehr guter Qualität hat (auch selbst gemachte Spezialitäten). Der nächste Supermarkt ist weiter weg als aus Deutschland gewohnt, jedoch kamen wir aus jeder "Ausflugsrichtung" an mehreren vorbei. Nur für die vergessenen Zitronen lohnt sich die Fahrt nicht, dafür wäre es zu weit, aber dafür gibt es ja den Tante Emma Laden der immer offen hat, wenn die Bar auch auf hat (also quasi immer).

Das freut uns natürlich, dass Sie wieder bei uns gebucht haben. Die Entfernung aus Deutschland bis zum Domizil können wir leider nicht beeinflussen, im Sommer gibt es auch Direktflüge aus dem Kölner Raum. Aber alles andere, was wir in den Griff bekommen können, daran arbeiten wir. Ostern bringen wir einen SAT-TV im Appartment an, damit die Sportschau auch in Italien mit einem Glas Wein begossen werden kann.
