You can be at Disney in just over 15 minutes and Universal Studios in around 25 minutes.

If you fancy the sea, the fantastic gulf coast beaches are only 60 minutes away.
A new large supermarket (Publix) is only 5 minutes away with an additional 30 outlets (on route from Airport).
The infamous US192 with all its shops and restaurants is only a 13 minute drive away.

Watersong Resort has manned entrance gates (currently operating between approx 8pm - 8am) and offers its owners and guests an abundance of resort facilities, including club house, community pool, play areas, kiddies putting green, etc. The community is an ideal location for holiday-makers to make their base whilst planning those great days out and with Interstate 4 and the US-27 both nearby all of Central Florida's popular theme parks, attractions, beaches, shopping malls (Posner Park being the most recent addition to the "shopping experience") are within very easy reach!

A second home
Dear MAURITS family,
we would like to thank you once again for your kindness. From start to finish and beyond, everything worked wonderfully. We felt very comfortable and were grateful for every tip.
The first impression on arrival "Grade 1"! We felt immediately comfortable, like at home. The house is beautiful, the equipment perfect, more than you can imagine. Outside the grounds, the pool is a dream, everything is on site there too! We are thrilled all around, it doesn't get any better than this! We have never had such a beautiful house before, you can be very proud of it! We were very satisfied, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. 5 stars are not enough, simply great!
The house is absolutely recommendable, I miss it very much!
We would come back anytime!

This villa is a absolute must! In one word FANTASTIC.
Just spent 2weeks at House of Orange and cannot recommend enough! Situated in a semi rural part of Orlando in a gated community, close to I4 (your route to everywhere!). House of Orange is furnished to a high standard. The pool area is very inviting, it is extremely private and not overlooked, you will not find white plastic pool furniture but beautiful wicker furniture with soft pads. The interior design is stylish and of a high standard and the beds are comfortable with high quality mattresses. The villa is equipped with everything you have at home. We dealt with the owners directly and found that they were very helpful and responded quickly. Book this villa and you will be happy to return there at the end of a busy day out - if you want to leave for a day out at all!

Fantastic Vacation Villa; Best stay ever!
Being a family of 4 (parents and 2 daughters of 7 and 11), we really enjoyed the spacious House of Orange.
The House of Orange is located in a nicely secured and clean gated community (Watersong Resort).
It's the perfect location to visit all the Orlando parks whilst enjoying the comfort, facilities and luxurious home interior decoration when you come home in the evening. Our kids especially liked the pool and the subtle references to the Netherlands in the home interior.
The owners took care to make available a very useful renter's manual with plenty of tips. All interactions with the owners were warm and very correct.
