The flat "Schwalbe" is approx. 77 sqm and comfortably furnished. It has a balcony with a far-reaching view of the Bodden. 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed or 2 single beds. The living-kitchen-dining area is approx. 33 sqm and has 2 more sleeping places. The living area is equipped with flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all comforts. The wood-burning stove, the underfloor heating, the electric shutters and the additional guest toilet are standard. Arrival is only on Sundays due to better traffic conditions in the high season.

The spa resort is located about 18 km north of the city of Bergen County and is located on the western junction of the isthmus of the peninsula Jasmund Schaab between the Baltic Sea (Tromper Wiek) and the "Great Jasmund". As a result, the climate is particularly well suited for people with allergies. In the village you will find bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and beverage market, hair salon and restaurants.

As far as the weather is concerned, I can only say that the island is in a very favourable location and has the most hours of sunshine in the country. On the not so nice days there is so much to do, so there is no need to get bored here. See the beautiful city of Stralsund or the wellness spa nearby.
