This beautiful and cosy holiday flat is located on the lower floor of our holiday home.
You enter into a hallway with a separate living room
The 2 modernly furnished rooms are divided into
into a LIVING-KITCHEN-SLEEP (with room divider) - area
and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The furnishing of the cosy holiday flat is modern and comfortable. The kitchen has 4 hotplates, an oven, a stainless steel sink and a large refrigerator with freezer. A coffee maker, toaster and kettle are of course also available.
A TV (satellite TV and radio) is available in the living area.
This holiday flat is a non-smoking flat.
You will find a free parking space for your car in the immediate vicinity.
Bicycles can be parked in the hallway.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat (approx. 35 sqm) is located in the town centre of Plau am See, which is very convenient for enjoying the town life after a busy day on the new promenade. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants and a bakery (also open on Sundays during the season), a bicycle rental (approx. 100m) and many other shopping facilities (4 market halls).
The Elde River, which flows through Plau, is 200m away and Lake Plau approx. 700m. You will find another holiday home under the object numbers 30948. The best way to perceive the flair of the town and its surroundings is along the Elde. Passing half-timbered houses, the harbour, the pier of the passenger ships, cosy restaurants and beer gardens, you finally reach the shore of Lake Plauer See.
You can reach many sights by bicycle. Lake Plaue can be circumnavigated by bike (60 km). However, if the strength wears off, you can shorten the way by steamer.
Many leisure activities can be reached within a few minutes' walk from the holiday flat (canoe trip, climbing park, steamboat trip, museums, visit to the church)
In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery and restaurant ()
and a bicycle rental (approx. 100m) and many other shopping facilities.
There are many brochures available in the accommodation for sporting and other leisure activities
Leisure activities in Plau and the surrounding area: bear and monkey forest, summer toboggan run, climbing park, canoe and boat hire, trolley ride, water skiing, fishing with tourist fishing licence, diving, hiking and cycling, round trip bus around Lake Plau, Tschu-Tschubbahn, excursion boat trip, quad and bicycle hire, balloon rides, aeroplane flying over Lake Plau, a new addition is tank driving and, above all, swimming on the numerous free beaches in summer and much more.
