The penthouse "LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 9" is a real oasis, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays.

The apartment has been decorated with warm and bright colours and numerios paintings, creating a warm homely feeling.

The property goes over 2 floors and offers a lot of space to enjoy and relax.

The spacious living room with frontal seaviews is the center of the property. Infront of the fireplace you will find a comfortable 4-seater sofas and an amrchair to relax and watch TV. From here you have direct access to the covered main terrace. From the terrace you overlook the hole bay of Bahia de Casares and the sandy beach of Playa Ancha. Here you will find a large dining table to seat up to 6 people and 2 armchairs to enjoy the panoramic views reading a book or drinking a glass of wine...

In the living room there is also the spacious dining area with modern wooden table o suite up to 8 people.

Beside the living room you will find the downstairs bedrooms, both spacious, built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms. The beachside bedroom is bigger and offers frontal seaviews.

On this level there is also the fully equipped german kitchen with separate utility room.

Steps beside the fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom and the roof terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers large window front with direct seaviews and access to the sunny terrace. The master bedroom offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, whirlpool bath and separate shower.

On the sunny terrace you can enjoy the sun from early morning till late at night. Here you will find 4 sunloungers and a second garden table with 4 chairs, as well a gas grill.

In this part of the community our guests have the opportunity to choose one from 4 pools in total. The sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just few steps away, in walking distance you will find also 2 beach bars.

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. Sabinillas is in the next village, just 2km. far away from the urbanisation. You can drive in to the village or walk on the beach to the centre. In Sabinillas you will find farmacy, banks, backery, shops, bars, restaurants and 3 supermarkets. Just 3min. drive far away is the marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa with numerious shops, bars, restaurants, business centre and fitness studio. To the near white village of Casares are just 14 km. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 min. drive away.

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays incl. of underground parking space, sattelite TV, electricity, water, air conditioning, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning at departure.

Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

NOTE: rates for the period 12.July 2014 - 30.August 2014 are for minimum stay of 2 weeks with change-over on Saturday!

Winter rates: those rates are valid during the period 01.11.2013-11.04.2014 with a minimum stay of 1 month (30 nights) for shorther periods there will be much higher rates!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
