Are you looking forward to a relaxing holiday in a self-determined atmosphere? Then we offer you optimal possibilities in our holiday home on an approx. 500 m² property with a well-kept garden.
Your car can be parked on the property and your bicycles or e-bikes will also find a safe place in a lockable shelter.
The flat "Sonne" is located on the upper floor in the attic.
Our guests should spend a carefree holiday and not miss anything in the holiday flats. The loving furnishing of our holiday flats may even make you forget that you are actually not at home.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and last but not least enough pots, dishes and cutlery. Nothing is worse when the cupboards are already empty after a meal and the dishwasher is running hot
The cosy and inviting living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, attractive natural wood furnishings, a stereo system and a flat-screen TV. We attach great importance to tasteful decoration, various games and a small "library" round off our contribution to leisure activities within the holiday flat.

Ferienwohnung Sonne OG
Wir waren vom 27.05.-06.06.20 mit 2 Personen als erste nach Corona-Sperre in Zinnowitz. Die schöne Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Balkon hat alles an Austattung, was gebraucht wird. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl, Aldi, Netto und Edeka sind schnell erreichbar. Wunderbar ausgebaute Fahrradwege an der Küste entlang in Richtung Peenemünde, als auch in Richtung Heringsdorf. Wir hatten super Wetter, so dass auch das Baden möglich war. Strandkörbe standen alle mindestens 2 Meter auseinander. Auch Gastronomie ist reichlich im Ort vorhanden. Der Besuch des DDR Museums in Dargen und der Karls Bauernhof ist zu empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei Fam. Henning für den Aufenthalt in Ihrem liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit Garten
Wir waren in den Herbstferien zu viert da. Die obere Wohnung ist sehr gut für Familien mit zwei Kindern geeignet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer für die Kinder ist auf dem Dachboden eingerichtet. Die Sammlung an Spielen haben wir jeden Abend gemeinsam ausprobiert und hatten viel Spaß. Unsere Kinder fanden es natürlich ganz klasse, ihr eigenes reich zu haben.
Die Ferienwohnung oben verfügt über ein großen Balkon, welchen wir aufgrund des nicht mehr dafür geeigneten Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min an der Seebrücke, zum Bäcker oder auf die Promenade sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben auch sehr viel mit der Bäderbahn unternommen. Alle Bahnhöfe der Strecke sind sehr gepflegt und es ist bequem von der Wohnung ca. 5 min. zum Bahnhof zu laufen und die Insel erkunden zu können.
Wer seine Fahrräder mit dabei hat kann diese sogar in einem Holzschuppen im Garten sicher einstellen. Leider haben wir soweit nicht gedacht, als wir losgefahren sind.
Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und einer wirklich gemütlichen Ferienwohnung.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung! Absolut zu Empfehlen!!!
Wir waren eine Woche in der wirklich schönen, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war da, vom Grill, Strandkorb bis zum Geschirr...absolut alles war da!
Die Lage war super, ruhig und trotzdem ist man sehr schnell am Strand (ca. 10 Gehminuten gemütlich).
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!
