Flat 3 has been lovingly furnished to a high standard. The standard even exceeds that of the other two flats. Spread over 2 floors and 150 m², the flat has 5 cosy bedrooms for 11 people and 2 bathrooms, as well as a guest WC. A sauna within the flat is for exclusive use. The kitchen has access to the balcony, which is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. In the dining room there is a solid, undivided oak table measuring 2.60 x 1.10 metres. In the living room, a high-quality leather suite invites you to linger.
The mill is situated on a 1600 m² park-like plot in a quiet, secluded location. The altitude is 460m, the surrounding mountains are over 600m high. Weidenhausen is located in the area of the town of Bad Berleburg, Wittgenstein region, directly bordering the Hochsauerland - it is 29km from the mill to the Kahler Asten. The region is criss-crossed by countless hiking trails, of which the Rothaarsteig is the best known.
In spring, a sea of flowers consisting of countless winter aconites, spring snowdrops, daffodils and primroses enchants visitors. The old rhododendrons are constantly being supplemented by new plantings, some of which are rare trees and shrubs. In the long term, the site is to be given an exquisite collection of plants. The ponds are home to thousands of frogs and newts during the spawning season. The black stork often passes by.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment has a separate entrance. By car, you can go 15 m from the entrance up to a specially created parking around. You can enter the apartment through the front door or through a wooden staircase to the terrace with open terrace. There is garden furniture, chairs and a barbecue on the terrace. The prospect goes on the park-like garden area with mature trees and ponds and the behind the Woods and paddocks.
