Description
Villa Maria Francesca is situated directly on the sea and on the sandy beach of Torre delle Stelle, slightly elevated, so that you have a direct sea view from almost every room. When you stand on the covered terrace, you can see the sea with its impressive rocky coastline on the right and the long, brilliant white sandy beach with the gently rising, leafy coastline on the left. All this looks like a film set.
The villa guarantees absolute privacy, even though it is in the middle of the villa settlement and only a few minutes' walk from the shopping facilities. The property on a plot of about 8000 sqm consists of a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and a bungalow (bedroom with bathroom) with private tennis court and terrace that seems to be above the sea, so tangible is the clear water. Directly in front, well-built and illuminated rock steps lead to the private beach access.
In the cosy blue-tiled kitchen of the main house you immediately feel at home, the antique wall tiles harmonise with the modern technology (microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster etc.). Not only from the kitchen, but also from the adjoining dining room you have an unforgettable sea view. The dining area leads into the living area, where the open fireplace and the couch corner with TV and stereo invite you to linger in the cooler evenings. However, as soon as the weather permits, you will certainly prefer to watch the sunset over the sea on the Hollywood swing or challenge your family to a match on the tennis court, table football or table tennis.
There are three bedrooms in the villa, one is only equipped with skylights, from the second you have no sea view. The bungalow, built in the original Sardinian style, is also equipped with air conditioning, as are all the bedrooms. There is a double bedroom here. One shower room is in the villa, another with outside access is opposite the kitchen and the third opposite the bungalow. There are fly screens in front of all the windows. Covered parking is available in front of the villa. There is plenty of seating throughout the outdoor area. An irrigation system has also been thought of.

Location and surroundings of object
The bright apartment is just 20 meters from the sandy beach in Torre delle Stelle Gennemari away. The beach is characterized by its fine, white sand, its crescent shape and the particularly clear sea (very shallow access). Before the house only a footpath leading to the beach, no through traffic! Nevertheless, there are the shops 150 meters, there you will find an ATM, a well-stocked, large grocery store, a bar with an excellent Cappuccino and German daily journals, a butcher, a restaurant / pizzeria and a small swimwear boutique. So you do not have a car! Torre delle Stelle is surrounded on 3 sides by the sea, ideal for snorkelers and divers. In the hinterland you will find a hilly landscape with forests, vineyards and olive groves. The road which leads from Cagliari to Villasimius is one of the most beautiful of Sardinia, the views are terrific. Torre delle Stelle is a holiday village with good infrastructure: 2 supermarkets, fishmongers, butchers, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, doctor, veterinarian, playground, soccer field, tennis courts, diving center with German-run school, boat rental, everything you need for a pleasant holiday. A game park with theaters, cinemas, concerts and folklore evenings enlivened the high season from mid-July to late August. Dream location and excellent care
We were the first time in Sardinia and I think we couldn't have found a better place. The location was a dream. The view from the terraces (yes, there are several) is priceless. The path to the beach is easily manageable thanks to the steps, and the beautiful view makes the walk even more enjoyable.
The house is equipped with everything you need, there was even more than in my own kitchen. We were two families and two dogs, and thanks to the extra house, everyone had their privacy.
The support from Andrea was excellent, she took care of everything, was always available, and answered all my questions (and I had many) with patience and warmth. We have stayed in many vacation homes, but with no other landlord was it so pleasant.
We are currently planning our stay for this year, and one thing is certain, we will book again through Andrea Nelle.

Super holiday
Good morning Andrea, unfortunately we are home. It was a great holiday in a great house. If our friends hadn't raved so much about this house, we would have missed something great. The house is great, everything you need is there. The location is sensational, especially the view from the terrace at breakfast. As always amazing!
We have been coming for several years now. The house is located on a huge plot of land with private access to the very beautiful beach. From the house, you can enjoy an incomparable view over the bay. The property offers many cozy corners to retreat to. The landlady is also very nice and uncomplicated.
