Are you looking for more than just a guesthouse, hotel, room or accommodation? We offer a comfortable flat in the centre of Bielefeld (approx. 300 m from the city centre). The furnished, friendly and quiet non-smoking attic flat with a view of the greenery,() offers space for 1 to 3 people + toddler. The living and dining area has been extended to the top of the roof (living room height), so that this flat exudes a generous charm and that certain something. The well-positioned recessed spotlights (incl. brightness control) give the flat a cosy atmosphere. The living-dining room with adjoining storage room and a partially covered large sunny balcony, a kitchen (also dishwasher) with a small sitting area, hallway, bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and bathtub and washing machine is equally practical and optimal for all guests. A cellar room is also available.

It is located in Bielefeld in close proximity (100 m) to the city hospital. Within walking distance of the town center can be reached in about 10 minutes. About two rail lines with stops in the immediate vicinity, you can quickly and conveniently to reach almost every point of the city. Bielefeld is situated on the A2 motorway between Dortmund and Hanover in the Teutoburg Forest. Bielefeld has about 300 000 inhabitants and is a university town.

Great holiday flat in Bielefeld
I rented this holiday flat because my husband was in the hospital in Bielefeld for a few days due to an operation. The location of the flat is ideal (also for this): very quiet in a side street and yet centrally located, only a 5-minute walk to the clinic, about a quarter of an hour to the city centre and even the Sparrenburg is wonderful for a walk
I was particularly pleased with the quality of the beds, which are often a desideratum in hotels and holiday flats - but really good here.
The absolute highlight for me was the small roof terrace, from which the view goes over a green area and freely over the city, and where I preferred to stay when it was already crisply warm in the roof flat itself
The (new) owner of the flat was very supportive and did all the wishes and minor repairs immediately (informed in the morning, done in the evening!). Thank you again for your understanding and flexibility, Mr. Klocke!

Great holiday apartment right by the old town.
This vacation rental is right on the edge of the old town of BI. From here, you can easily reach the city center on foot. Shops and restaurants are in close proximity. All attractions are easily accessible. We also walked to the Sparrenburg, but we drove to the Olderdissen zoo by car. I couldn't find any negative aspects about the apartment. The contact with the landlord was super friendly and very accommodating.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday
Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Wohnung ist einige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Man kann zur Sparrenburg bequem zu fuß gehen. Einfach sehr zentral.
free time activities: Sparrenburg, Teuto ist direkt erreichbar, Cinemax ist an der anderen Stadtseite, ebenso das Schwimmbad ISHARA.
shopping facilities: der Bäcker ist wenige Meter entfernt.

Cozy attic apartment with charm and panoramic views
Very well-equipped, modern, very bright and cozy apartment above the roofs of Bielefeld with a view of Hermann, Sparrenburg and large parts of the city. A small rooftop terrace invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Teutoburg Forest (15 minutes on foot), bike tours in Bielefeld and the surrounding area (bicycles can be safely stored in the covered courtyard) and visiting the city center, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, with many cozy restaurants and beer gardens.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles
Vicinity of the holiday home: Von der Wohnung aus sind in wenigen Gehminuten Innenstadt, Hermannsweg im Teutoburger Wald, Sparrenburg und Grünanlagen mit Radfahrstraßen erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Straßenbahnen befinden sich in direkter Nähe.
free time activities: Bestens geeignet für Wanderungen, Radtouren und kulturelle Erlebnisse; ideale Kombination von Stadt- und Natururlaub
shopping facilities: Ideale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nur wenige Minuten entfernten Innenstadt und in den nahe gelegenen Supermärkten
