Location and surroundings of object
This semi-detached house lies in a sunny and very peaceful location, at the feet of a hill on which is situated the medieval village Gavorrano. From here you can enjoy beautiful views across the land to the sea. The property is on a fenced area which is surrounded by typical landscape of olive groves, meadows, fields and vineyards. In the back of the house (as shown in the picture) there’s another holiday house, which is separated by a screen and a hedgerow. There are no other houses in the neighbors.
The nearest seaside resort is Follonica, 15 km away, the “Accesa” lake 12 km, and the charming Massa Marittima 20 km. You can find all kind of shops, postal office, bank, indoor swimming pool and restaurants in the village Bagno di Gavorrano, at only 1 km.
During summer you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy concerts, ballets and other events in the \"Teatro delle Rocce\", an open air theatre located in a former quarry. Bagno di Gavorrano lies on the plains of Maremma at the foot of the medieval village of Gavorrano (Foto). The fame of Gavorrano is connected with the poet Dante Alighieri, who in his Divina Commedia told the story of the Pia de´Tolomei who was shut in Castel di Pietra and eventually killed by the husband. This event is commemorated every summer; it´s called Salto della village is renown also for its mines; an open air theatre has been recently opened on dismissed quarry structures. The golf club \"Pelagone\" with 18 holes is near by.

Casa Bruno - Beautiful holiday home!
Casa Bruno is a very nice holiday home with a great property. We felt very comfortable. Nothing was missing. The equipment is very good. Very nice contact with the landlord. We will definitely come back next year!

A beautiful and relaxing vacation
We had a wonderful vacation in Casa Bruno in May. The amenities were exactly as described, nothing was missing. We stayed with our two dogs on the estate and they felt very comfortable and so did we, of course. Upon arrival, we were greeted very friendly by Danilo and Ruben and they showed us everything. We went to the dog beach with our two dogs every day, which was very clean. The surrounding restaurants offered very good food and there was also a very good pizzeria nearby. We would like to thank Danilo and Ruben once again for the great vacation and we are already looking forward to next year, as we will be coming back. Best regards.

Ruhige Oase in der Kulturlandschaft der Maremma
Gute Lage, gut angebunden an die Aurelia, mehrere nahe gelegene Strände zur Auswahl (Auto ist Voraussetzung). Schöne Restaurants, Pizzerien usw. In der Umgebung. Centro Commerciale Grosseto 30 Autominuten, Naturreservat nicht weit. Schattiger Parkplatz, schöner Garten, Riesenterrasse, eingezäuntes Grundstück mit Tor. SEHR freundliche Besitzer, guter Service, Italienischkenntnisse sind hilfreich.
Kleine Wermutstropfen: Küchenausstattung etwas spartanisch (z.B.) Gläser. Das Haus eignet sich für 2 erwachsene Personen (Doppelbett). Es gibt nur einen Kleiderschrank im Haus. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist Mini, mit Etagenbetten (2 Kinder) und ohne Schrank. Im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa.
Alles in Allem doch sehr ansprechend, wir haben den Urlaub genossen (2 Personen)

Urlaub mit gemischten Gefühlen
Das Haus weist alle Merkmale der Beschreibung auf. Es ist nett eingerichtet und auch die Terrasse am Haus sowie der Garten sind schön angelegt. Leider muss man aber auf eine Aussicht in die Landschaft weitestgehend verzichten, da rund um das Haus Hecken und ein Sichtschutz angebracht sind. Das ist sehr schade und führt zusätzlich dazu, dass es aufgrund fehlender Luftschneisen wirklich sehr sehr warm wird auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus. Die zweite Terrasse am oberen Parkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt, sie besteht aus einem Tisch und zwei alten Bänken und ist nicht wirklich einladend. Was sehr störend und ärgerlich war, ist die Tatsache, dass fast alle Küchenschränke samt Geschirr einen stark modrigen / schimmligen Geruch hatten und man nichts benutzen konnte, ohne es vorher ausgiebig zu spülen. Auch die in eine Tüte verpackte Tischdecke sowie Kissen und Auflagen (in einer Truhe aufbewahrt) konnten von uns aufgrund des modrigen Geruchs nicht benutzt werden. Das ist schade und sollte eigentlich im Vorfeld bemerkt werden (der Geruch war sehr deutlich und stark!).
Ansonsten liegt das Haus in einer guten Entfernung zum Meer, in ca. 30 min kann man verschiedene, schöne Strände erreichen und auch der See Lago del `Accessa ist ein sehr schönes Ziel.

Inzwischen wurde die Hecke bei der Terrasse herunter geschnitten, somit ist dort der Ausblick in die umliegende Landschaft wieder gewährt. Die Sitzgelegenheit bei der zweiten Terrasse, wo Sie einen Ausblick Richtung Meer haben, wurde erneuert. Die Küchenschränke wurden gründlich gereinigt. Kissen und Tischdecke erneuert. Bisher hatte sich noch nie jemand über irgendwelche Gerüche beschwert. Viele Stammkunden kommen immer wieder auf dieses Haus zurück.
Die Sandstrände bei Follonica und Casetta Civinini (vor Punta Ala) erreichen Sie in 20 Minuten.
