Description
The Casa Dos Leones is situated on the Costa del Azahar on the outskirts of the town Vinaròs directly by the sea. The house was renovated in 2007/08 and has an additional floor, which is uninhabited when hired and has its own access. There is also an additional side cottage with 2 bedrooms, both with sea views, which can be rented. The core apartment has a direct and exclusive access to the terrace to the garden and carport and has approximately 110 square meters, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room, where a seating area with TV and a dining area are integrated. From there you can oversea the sea and on the other side the nearby town. The garden has a pool and a seating area with table nearby the batrbecue where there´s always an easi wind under a fixed large umbrella. The open space next to the pool is mostly in the sun, but there is permanent shade under an olive tree. In addition there is also a table tennis table. Washer and dryer are located in a wash house behind the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The Casa Dos Leones is both close to the sea, and close to the city Vinaròs. The sea is just a stone's throw away, its noise is always audible. The road that leads past the house, is not traveled very intensely. The house is separated from the city by a " Barranc " , a dry river which you cross at a bridge about 300 m away, and then, walking back to the sea, you´ll find large beaches witch sand. There you find also the entrance to the city, which leads you to many restaurants, bars , beaches and shops within walking distance. You can also do this by bicycle (there´s four of them in a garage) or by car . The train station is about 3 km away, Barcelona Airport 190kms.
Close and easy to reach are also numerous hiking and climbing routes of varying difficulty. Experienced instructors and mountain guides with the appropriate equipment can be contacted via the owner.
Vinaròs is a charming and lively city with about 20,000 inhabitants on the northern edge of the province of Castellón. The attractive cities of Barcelona and Valencia are two hours away by car or by train. Recommended excursions lead to the castle of Papa Luna in Peniscola, whose vast beaches are 15 km away, and to Morella in the interior. Vinaròs has several beaches on picturesque bays. The most extensive sandy beach can be found in the city itself on the car-free renovated spacious beach promenade, within walking distance from the apartment. Directly adjacent to the beach, the lively old town with its unusual church, that can not deny its origin of a former armory. Vinaròs is located about 20 km south of the nature reserve at the Ebro Delta, a paradise for bird watchers and hiking tourists. Restaurants of all classes with mostly fresh fish and regional rice dishes are just as near as attractions, such as Morella, Port Aventura, Peniscola, San Mateo, and the wine-growing areas in the higher elevations of the Ebro (Terra Alta, Montsant and Priorat).

In the rear house, in the washer and dryer and find another toilet space, there is another apartment consisting of two bedrooms kitchen and bathroom. It can also be rented and has a private entrance, a private driveway with parking space for one car, and private decks.

Holiday directly by the sea
We spent 3 weeks on holiday with our 2 dogs at Dos Leones. The house is very well equipped, especially the new kitchen and the new furniture in the living room. We also loved the property with the comfortable sunbeds and the great sea view. The promenade and the restaurants were within walking distance. We have booked again for next year.

Top location with good facilities
The beds take some getting used to, but the rest is just right. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the city at any time. The pool is great and even with 7 people you can find a corner where you can take a siesta. The supermarkets are very good and easy to reach. The town centre and the sandy beach can be reached very quickly and easily on foot. We received a very nice welcome and there was always someone to help us with any questions we had.

Beautiful holiday in the best location of Vinaros.
We, my wife and I, have been renting holiday homes in Vinaros for several years. We have never been received and looked after in such a courteous, friendly and lovely way. Many thanks to Katja, she is the pearl of the whole thing. The house is simply furnished, but very clean. The location is fantastic. We liked it very much. With our dog, this holiday was for all of us, a holiday from the beginning. We will gladly come again. We can only recommend this holiday home.

Für uns? "DAS PARADIES!!!
Wir kamen an und uns traf das totale "WOW-Erlebnis"! Ein super großzügiges, gepflegtes Grundstück mit einem Traumausblick auf das Meer. Das Haus strahlt innen vor Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit. Das Wohn-, Esszimmer und die Küche sind modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Wir hatten den totalen Wohlfühleffekt. Die Ausstattung läßt (außer einer Klimaanlage!) eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Durch die Vielzahl von Fenstern und Türen läßt sich das Haus aber rasch belüften. Wer Kieselstrand bevorzugt - kein Problem. Einen Steinfwurf weit entfernt beginnt dieser. Wer den Sandstrand bevorzugt, ebenfalls keine Strecke. Ca. 300 Meter zu Fuß, und man ist da!Für einen besonderen Wohlfühleffekt haben die Verwalter des Hauses gesorgt. Sie waren immer für uns da. Und nicht nur dann, wenn wir bzgl. des Hauses was zu klären hatten. Manni und Heike, wir lieben Euch! - Super Job!!! Weiter so!!!!
Fazit: Da wir uns bereits zuvor in das Städtchen Vinaros verliebt haben, haben wir nun dort noch das perfekte Domizil gefunden. Diese Kombination ist für uns "DAS PARADIES AUF ERDEN"!!! Wir würden immer wieder gerne dort wohnen wollen!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Perfekt gelegen. Kurze Wege zur Stadt, Stränden, Restaurants und zu den Einkaufmöglichkeiten
free time activities: Badespass pur! Egal ob im Meer oder Pool. Räder, Tischtennis, Schnorchelausrüstung im Haus vorhanden. Am Sandstrand Beachvolleyball-Möglichkeit gegeben. Es gibt aber in der Stadt auch Tennismöglichkeiten
shopping facilities: Am nächsten liegen die kleinen Sparmärkte. Mit dem PKW sind es ca. 4-5 Minuten zu den großen Märkten, wie ALDI, Lidl usw. Kann man aber auch mit den Rädern aus dem Haus hinfahren!
