Description
Lovingly renovated old half-timbered house, which has been ecologically restored (with loam plaster, pine wood, country house floorboards). The granny flat with separate entrance is located on the ground floor on the right side of the house. The terrace leads into the garden where the open fireplace invites to cosy barbecue evenings. In the large living room and bedroom (25 sqm) you sleep on a comfortable sofa bed (dimensions approx. 1.60m x 2m). Due to the combination of clay and sandstone, the house is pleasantly cool in summer and cosy warm in winter thanks to the fireplace.

Location and surroundings of object
We are at the end of a cul de sac in the valley next to the Gründelbach. A few meters into the forest and nature reserve Saxon Switzerland. Due to our location we are spared from noise and pollution, and human and animal can move safely. When the time comes the fireflies, one can observe this directly to hundreds in the garden. The house has a dog (Settermix), a cat and goats.
