House double house with separate entrance in Heidebrink (Miedzywodzie / Zastan) / Wolin for rent. The two semi-detached houses are on a plot. You want to have a wonderful holiday where you can relax, where you can just laze on the beach?!?

Then you are exactly right here. Summary: detached, newly built semi-detached house on 1500 m² of land on the beautiful island of Wolin for rent.
Regardless away the season and only 120 km from the German / Polish border. -

DOWN ARROWS in the house you will find two terraces.
The beach is about 1500 m and it is very clean, the sand is soft powdered sugar and especially not overcrowded. Next Possible food shops is about 200 meters away. The nearest town is 2km Miedzywodzie many shopping possibilities exist. Nearest towns are Dziwnow (7 km), Kamien Pomorski (17 km) and Miedzyzdroje (22 km).
Barbecue + fireplace available, you can fish very well at the lake "Koprowo". Price HOUSE & Jana:
Season (15:06 - ): 125 Euro Day (Christmas + New Year = high season) Low season: 95 euros per day

A very beautiful house
So it was really a very nice vacation, a beautiful big house with a playground and a barbecue.
You have a very nice peace and quiet and can relax, but you can also explore the area a bit and the sea is also easily accessible on foot.
Can only recommend it to everyone.
Always happy to come back.

Great holiday home, highly recommended
We rented both halves of the house with 4 families. The equipment is great, everything is available. Such as microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, thermos flasks, etc. Everything is in a very clean and tidy condition. The property is very large and completely fenced. Ideal for dogs and children. Communication with the landlord also without problems. The beach is very clean and can be reached by car or on foot (approx. 2 km) and is highly recommended

Wonderful holiday
We had two wonderful weeks in this fantastic house. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach, which is just wonderful. Not so crowded and powder-sugar soft sand. The only thing that bothered us were the mosquitoes, but they are everywhere. I can only recommend it to everyone, we are already thinking about going back next year.

wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Miedzywodzie. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Wetter, das wunderschöne, sehr gut eingerichtet Haus, das große, umzäunte Grundstück (gut wenn man mit Hund(en) anreist), einfach alles.....
Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Poczkaj war unkompliziert, nett und immer einwandfrei.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus machen!
Zum Strand sind wir mit den eigen mitgebrachten Rädern gefahren, da es zu Fuss doch ca 1,5km sind. Aber mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto kein Problem!
Schön waren auch unsere Abende mit der Nachbarfamlie an der Feuerstelle, die sich im Garten befinden!
Im großen Haus ist genügend Platz, sogar für bis zu 3 Familien.

Entspannung pur !
Wer Entspannung und Ruhe liebt, der ist bei dieser Ferienanlage (Haus) richtig aufgehoben.
Am Abend konnten wir uns sehr entspannen, aber auch die nächstegelegende Stadt Miedzewodzie hat uns den Abend verschönert. Es gibt sehr viele Bars und Restaurants in Miedzewodzie, die sehr lecker waren.
