The house is located nearby to the beach with views of the bay "Almadrava" and panoramic view of the sea. Located on the hillside, it has so 3 levels, which are all equipped with terraces for sunbathing and relaxing street level there is the roof, which has a parking lot fungiertund a unique view which stretches all the way to L'Escala ,
It has 2 large bedrooms with private bathrooms on the 1st floor. The front bedroom has a view around the sea, one can enjoy more of the large bedroom terrace or lying in bed out. On the ground floor there is additionally an extra kitchen and the living room on the ground floor are spacious and feature all the amenities you need for a pleasant holiday. In the living room there is a dining area with a wonderful sea view and a sofa corner with television, which received even international channel utility room is equipped with everything you need, even has a washing machine, which allows a longer stay without problems .From the kitchen off they go to the kitchen terrace which holds a seat ready to enter the outdoor dining with views of the sea to enjoy kö there is a staircase down to the pool area.
This is framed and partially covered with arches. Before the pool is a breitbegrünte zone which merges visually into the sea. The pool terrace is a wonderful place for rest.

Location and surroundings of object
Located on the hillside overlooking the bay of Almadrava. Roses is an old romantic fishing village, without the otherwise usual hotel on Spain's coasts strongholds. The Bay of Roses is located directly behind the French border, where the Costa Brava starts. This is one of the most interesting and most beautiful stretches of coast in Spain. It alternating sandy beaches and cliffs with idyllic, undeveloped coves off. There is the best water quality, making it an ideal spot for sailing and water sports.

We stayed in the holiday home for 1 week. It is super, has a great view in a quiet location, very large and super furnished. The only thing that bothers us is that there is no internet
