University Hospital, downtown, Old Town, Cologne Cathedral and main Train with communication to the public transport are all within a few minutes. Motorway Klettenbergpark about 1 KM. The Beethoven Park and Decksteiner pond located a few minutes walk away. Sülz / Velcro Mountain is one of the most popular parts of the city of Cologne with many restaurants, pubs and cafes Kölsch. Shops such as Aldi, REWE and Lidl are just as resident Douglas, DM and Rossmann. Recreational venues, there is a bowling alley, a cinema and a fitness near the Downtown Suelz also offers several parks with lots of greenery and ponds.
