Description
The newly furnished holiday home with high-quality furnishings is very quietly located on the shore of Lake Fleesensee; it is only 85 metres to the beach.
The semi-detached house offers you 100m2 of living space and 3 floors with enough room for a relaxing and restful holiday.
On the ground floor, a hallway with wardrobe and large mirror leads you into the living area. In the spacious living room there is a sideboard, a large dining table with 8 chairs and a comfortably furnished seating area with a couch, a small table and a flat screen TV with satellite reception. The couch converts into a bed in no time - so up to 8 people can be accommodated.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dining area. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor
Via a staircase you reach the attic with a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, as well as 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The underfloor heating is very pleasant
You can use the sun loungers for sunbathing while the children play in the garden. If you are not relaxing on the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill, then simply enjoy the view of Lake Fleesensee from the balcony. All windows have blinds and fly screens. Beds and high chairs are available for babies
Two bicycles are available for short trips. You can park your car free of charge on the property under the carport.

Haus sehr gut, Gästeservice verbesserungswürdig
Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet.
Für gebuchte 10 Personen war die Grundausstattung sehr sehr mager und kleinlich und einige Dinge funktionierten nicht (Fahrräder, Stereoanlage).
Anfragen diesbezüglich werden nicht beantwortet.
Man wird wohl nur als zahlender Gast wahrgenommen. Schade.

schön, ruhig, geschaffen für einen Erholungsurlalub
Wir haben eine sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Doppelhaushälfte vorgefunden. Der Wäscheservice hat gut funktioniert. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet viel Platz. Vor allem im Dachgeschoss sind noch 4 weitere Betten vorhanden. Wir waren 2 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben auch für 2 Nächte unsere Kinder untergebracht, da genügend Platz ist. Positiv ist, dass man vorhandene Fahrräder nutzen darf. Es ist auch ein Anhänger für den Kleinkindertransport vorhanden. Für Eltern mit kleineren Kindern ist der Fleesensee wie geschaffen, da nur kurze Entfernung vom Haus und ein flaches Gewässer. Am Strand sind Liegemöbel vorhanden. Sehr gut war die Unterbringung des Fahrzeuges (Car-Port) auf dem Grundstück. Bei der Ausstattung wäre es schön, in jeder Doppelhaushälfte einen Staubsauger und eine Waschmaschine zu haben;

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das FH liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gut zu erreichen. Der See ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist eine Liegewiese mit Gartenmöbeln vorhanden. Das Fahrradwegenetz ist gut und läßt viele Möglichkeiten zu.
free time activities: Fahrrad fahren, baden im See, Freizeithallenbad ind Göhren-Lebbin, Golfplätze, vielfältige Ausleihmöglichkeiten für weitere Freizeitaktivitäten in Göhren-Lebbin, gut erreichbar
shopping facilities: mangelhaft sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Selbstversorgung; täglich kommt ein Bäckereiwagen nach Untergöhren mit frischen Backwaren; in Göhren-Lebbin gibt es einen Hofladen, Auswahl der Produkte ist sehr übersichtlich; im Gemeindezentrum gibt es einen "Emma-Laden", ansonsten muss man nach Malchow, um die Dinge des täglichen Lebens zu bekommen, Empfehlenswert ist der Einkauf bei der Fischereigenossenschaft, wenn es um Frischfisch und Räucherware geht-zu finden in der Nähe der Marina Richtung Autobahn, hat aber erst ab mittwochs geöffnet

Top Haus in Top Lage
Wir waren für zwei Wochen zu Gast in dem modern und komfortabel eingerichteten Haus. Es lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage (ca. 80m bis zum See) könnte besser nicht sein. Der See ist ideal für Kinder, da das Ufer extrem flach abfallend ist. Verkehr am Haus gibt es gar keinen. Man benötigt jedoch einen PKW um die Einkäufe zu erledigen. Der nächste Ort ist jedoch nur ca. 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt zu erreichen. Hier gibt es alle großen Discounter. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
