This beautiful house is in a nice quiet area of Cape Coral. The house is located on a Gulf access canal and has breathtaking views of the lake. Shops, restaurants, outlets, supermarkets ... everything is available nearby. WELCOME TO VILLA FINISTA in Cape Coral. These escrow accounts are subject to inspection by the state (Department of Business and Professional Regulation or DBPR for short). In order for the state to give permission to even keep such accounts, you need certain licenses (exams must be taken, fingerprints are taken, criminal history is investigated, etc.). We have ALL the necessary licences and of course we keep the prescribed trust accounts.*** |
Cancellation terms:
- REBOOKING, CANCELLATION, TRAVEL INSURANCE A processing fee of $100.00 will be charged for all changes to this booking. Any change requires written confirmation. Any change that is made after conclusion of this agreement (for example: change of property or time period) will be treated as a cancellation and subsequent new booking, I.E. terms of cancellation apply if not confirmed otherwise. Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. The relevant date to calculate the cancellation period below is the day of reception of the cancellation notice. In addition to the above described processing fee of $100, the following cancellation fees apply to all booking cancellations: Up to 45 days prior to commencement of rental 30% of rental fee 44-31 days prior to commencement of rental 50% of rental fee 30-15 days prior to commencement of rental 80% of rental fee 14-0 days prior to commencement of rental 100% of rental fee

Entspannter Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus
Villa Finista war schon das zweite Haus, das wir über Seabim in Cape Coral gebucht haben. Über Ausstattung des Hauses, Lage und Sauberkeit der Seabim-Häuser kann man nur sagen: Das ist eben die Qualität der Häuser, die Seabim anbietet: Schön, sauber, beste Lage. Bei Finista ist der wunderschöne Ausblick über den See und das relativ große Pool, in dem man auch Runden schwimmen kann, die Ruhe, die perfekte Lage, besonders hervorzuheben. Seabim vermittelt einfach traumhafte Urlaube.
