You rent a fully equipped exclusive holiday home on 1000m² of land which you can call your own during your holiday
The house has 2 terraces (south and north) which invite you to sunbathe, also a barbecue area with shelter, 4 parking spaces for cars and bicycles are available Ribnitz Lake (Bodden) is only about 50m meters.
The living room is equipped with LCD TV -DVD, stereo radio.
In addition, there is a modern fold-away bed in the living room for another 2 persons.
A beautiful bedroom equipped with double bed and wardrobe. The house has underfloor heating if required, which is particularly pleasant in autumn/winter. The kitchen is fully equipped, ceramic hob fridge TV all this can be enjoyed in a cosy dining area.
The bathroom has a shower and WC.
For dogs, the property is optimally fenced and also invites your four-legged friends to spend their holiday, an adjacent city park offers all the comforts for walking with dogs as well as a dog beach directly on the Baltic Sea.

The location of this dream holiday home is directly on the Ribnitz Lake, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
It is also not far to the harbour in Ribnitz, from where an excursion boat departs for the beautiful fishing villages of Dierhagen and Wustrow on the Darß. Of course, bicycles can also be taken on the boats. Extra: Bicycles can also be taken on the bus, which has a trailer especially for this purpose, in the direction of Fischland-Darß without further ado, so that the Darß can be explored by bike and the return journey can be made by bus if required.
The town centre of Ribnitz with its numerous shopping opportunities is only a 10-minute walk away. The Baltic Sea beach is about 10 minutes away by car
The Amber Museum in Ribnitz is always worth a visit.
Excursions to the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde with its new marina can be reached in minutes by car. If required, 2 bicycles can be rented.
If required, you can also be picked up from the train station.
The Hanseatic city of Stralsund with a visit to the Oceanographic Museum rounds off the programme.
The amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten lies between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund, on the southern shore of the Bodden chain connected to the Baltic Sea, the gateway to a charming coastal region. In the beautiful small town of Ribnitz you will find all kinds of shopping and gastronomic facilities. The town also has its own leisure pool with adjacent sauna. To the north of Ribnitz-Damgarten begins the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, to the west the Ribnitzer Grosse Moor and the Rostocker Heide, to the south the Recknitztal. All this is an interesting area for many protected animals and plants.

Holiday with a dog at the Bodden
The holiday home is very well equipped, clean, and located on a large enclosed property. The harbor and the city center with many shopping opportunities are within walking distance. There is a beautiful bicycle path along the lagoon.

Family vacation with dog
A very very beautiful object, very very clean and well maintained, you feel like in your own four walls. The property is perfect with a dog, completely fenced in, which you don't even see at first because everything is surrounded by green trees and bushes. Walking with a dog outside is also no problem, as the park is directly behind the house, where you can walk for kilometers. All in all, the little seahorse is highly recommended.

Nice vacation

Hellooooo.....we can recommend this house and the nice landlords with a clear conscience. We were here for Easter and it was decorated like this. Our dog could run around in the enclosed property and there is nothing to complain about in terms of furnishings, cleanliness etc.

Everything fitted.
The house is ideal for 2 people. The location is ideal. The centre and harbour are within walking distance. Not far from the house there is a beautiful cycle path directly along the Bodden, which is also good for walking with the dog, away from the road. You can quickly reach the beach in Dierhagen. The contact by the landlord was exemplary. We liked it very much.

Dream holiday

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, super geeignet mit Hund, super Lage
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Nur das Schrankbett war für unser Enkelkind etwas zu kurz, da er fast 1,90m groß ist. An der Ausstattung gab es ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden. Die Radwege der Umgebungf sind für einen Urlaub mit Hund ideal und der große abgeschlossene Garten sowieso.

So wie Urlaub sein soll
Die ersten positiven Erfahrungen konnten schon bei der Buchung gesammelt werden.
Kaum war die Buchungsanfrage versendet, kam sofort eine telefonisch Rückmeldung von Herrn Hinz. Noch schnell zwei, drei Sachen ausgetauscht und schon war zwei Stunden später der Mietvertrag per E-Mail da. So muss Kommunikation laufen.
Die Übergabe des Objektes wurde auch vom Vermieter direkt durchgeführt und sämtliche Sachen, von der Heizung bis zum Tor, ausführlich erklärt. Besonders positiv für uns war die Flexibilität bei der Anreise. Da wurde nicht stur auf 15:00 Uhr bestanden. :-)
Die Ausstattung des Objektes lässt kaum Wünsche offen.
Vom Geschirrspüler in der Küche, über den Flatscreen im Wohnzimmer, bis hin zum Holzkohlegrill im Garten, Alles ist vorhanden.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Terrassen und der Strandkorb. Egal ob Sonnenanbeter oder Schattengewächs, jeder findet hier den perfekten Platz zum relaxen.
Das Ferienhaus selbst liegt ruhig im hinteren Teil des Grundstücks straßenabgewandt.
Durch die zentrale Ortslage sind das Stadtzentrum, sowie Supermärkte und Bäcker in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Wanderungen entlang des Boddens oder für Radtouren über die gut ausgebauten Radwege ist es der optimale Ausgangspunkt. Und soll es mal weiter weg gehen, ist man innerhalb einer Stunde min dem Auto in Rostock, Stralsund oder auf dem Darß.
Wir können das Seepferchen nur weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Schon zum zweiten Mal alles bestens!
Auch bei unserem zweiten Urlaub im Ferienhaus Seepferdchen gab es nichts bemängeln! Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung durch die netten Gastgeber alles perfekt. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet! Wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles ist absolut sauber und ordentlich. Auch unser Hund hat das große vollständig eingezäunte Grundstück genossen. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch das kleine Ortszentrum und der Park am Bernsteinmuseum sind zu empfehlen. Wir haben mehrere Spaziergänge und Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Urlaub mit Hund
Man wohnt hier sehr zentral. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Für Hundebesitzer ein Traum, ein umzäuntes Grundstück und ein Haus für sich allein, mehr geht nicht.

Holiday with dog
The holiday home is ideal for two people. It should be emphasised that we were allowed to take our two Jack Russels with us. All the technical equipment, especially the kitchen equipment, was impeccable. The well-kept outdoor area was a feast for the eyes. The entire grounds including the building are alarmed, including a radio-controlled gate. The central location of the property makes it easy to get to shops, petrol stations, the harbour, the town centre, etc. The optimal design of the building means that there is no road noise. The optimal location of the building does not allow for street noise. These are optimal conditions for dog walking and for a quiet, relaxed holiday. It should be emphasised that we were looking for a property that could be enjoyed without New Year's Eve banging and crowds of people. This was only fully possible. The holiday home is absolutely technically suitable for year-round occupancy. We were very pleased with the Mediterranean design of the rooms, which conveyed a flair of "I am at the sea". The landlord couple is always anxious to offer the holidaymakers an atmosphere of well-being, e.g. through Christmas decorations and a polite and courteous manner. We can only recommend this holiday home. It is absolutely pet-friendly and the house was so well insulated on New Year's Eve that we heard almost nothing. Many thanks for that!!! The price-performance ratio offered to us met all expectations. The landlord couple is always available and approachable, we would like to emphasise that. We would like to come again. An all-round satisfactory offer at a good price-performance ratio. We were convinced by the location of the property, the super equipment (among other things, 2 terraces, one with awning, double carport plus two additional parking spaces on the property, electric gate with remote control, satellite TV with large flat-screen TV, stereo system, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, underfloor heating for the cooler season, outdoor blinds all around, burglar alarm system and much more). The house is nicely and functionally equipped. You can have a great holiday with 4 people. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
