Cozy little house with terrace and garden.
We spent a week of our vacation in this very nice and cozy accommodation. The rooms are tastefully and lovingly furnished. The kitchen equipment is extensive (glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) contrary to Italian conditions. In front of the house is a covered terrace where we ate in the morning and evening and enjoyed the time very much. The garden is great and invites you to relax. There is also a brick barbecue that we used several times. Everything in the house was very clean and well prepared for us. We were even welcomed by a welcome sign at the garden gate, which was really "sweet" ?. The landlady is really nice and takes time for her guests.
We can responsibly give 5 stars for all criteria. Only for the location, we deduct 2 stars, as the property is located exactly on a (at least during the day) busy road and you have to drive relatively long distances due to the rural location when you make excursions to visit something. But we gladly accepted this and visited beautiful places in Tuscany. This is no problem at all by car.
Thanks again to the landlady Valerie and her husband for the nice time! We have recovered very well with you and will gladly recommend the accommodation.

Unreservedly recommendable
The flat is tastefully furnished, very well maintained and equipped with everything your heart desires. Especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The landlords, with whom you can communicate very well in German, are very friendly and helpful in every way.
The property is situated away from the hustle and bustle in a gentle hilly landscape and is an ideal starting point for excursions to Pisa, Florence, Volterra and Bolgheri. The sea is also not far away (about 15 minutes).
We liked it so much that we booked the flat again this year.
