Description
The house has a living area of approx. 100 sqm plus 12 sqm in the conservatory, has a ground floor and an upper floor. The basement consists of a combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen. The living, dining and kitchen areas are each generously arranged and fully functional. This creates a spacious and expansive room layout. In the living area, the pellet stove with viewing window, which lets the firelight into the room, is captivating. It is furnished with a leather TV armchair, leather stools and a leather couch. A further polyrattan seating group with a 2-seater sofa, two armchairs, a stool and a table invite you to relax in the conservatory
The media corner is equipped with a TV (flat screen 102 cm diagonal, 16x9), a digital SAT system and cable TV. You can receive all public digital programmes from ASTRA plus 30 foreign programmes via cable (Belgium, Holland, France). DVDs and CDs can be played on a DVD player connected to a surround amplifier system. Radio programmes can be received analogue on the amplifier system under tuner setting and digital via the SAT system (almost all German stations)
The kitchen is fully equipped (separate oven, ceramic hob with 4 cooking plates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment). A second fridge with freezer compartment is in the shed, as is a washing machine. Pans, pots, dishes, electric kettle, electric coffee machines (SENSEO + MELITTA), blender, as well as other useful household appliances are abundantly available. The pellet heating is able to heat the whole house (pellets can be bought from the manager or in the supermarket in Bredene). A separate guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet can also be found on the ground floor, as can bedroom no. 1 with a double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and a closet. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom no. 2 is equipped with a double bed 2mx2m. Bedroom No. 3 has 2 single beds (90 cm x 2 m and 1 m x 2 m) a TV (flat screen 82 cm diagonal) with its own digital SAT system. The variety of TV programmes is the same as in the basement. Additional wall cupboards are in the upstairs hallway, storage above the entrance.
Summer shower in the garden, garden furniture, table and parasol available. Children's travel cot (up to 2 years) and high chair available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house (type Fischerhaus) is situated in a beautiful recreational park with a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a football pitch and a playground for small children. The walls are made of concrete, double-walled and with insulation material foamed between the individual concrete walls. The house, no. 159 with its own parking space is situated in the recreation park Zeewind II, Klemskerkestraat - 8450 BREDENE approx. 900m from the beach in a polder landscape surrounded by meadows and fields
It is very quietly situated on the edge of the park a little further away from the swimming pool, the tennis courts as well as the brasserie and is not disturbed by the bathing activities.
The town of Bredene is a small tranquil town in the Belgian region of West Flanders. Bredene is located directly on the North Sea coast, between the well-known harbour metropolis of Oostende and the town of DeHaan, a quaint seaside resort. It is the only place on the Belgian coast where you will not find concrete beach promenades, but a wonderful dune landscape. In the town and by the sea, you can go hiking, cycling and have an adventure or two. A holiday in Bredene is therefore an exciting and relaxing experience for adults and children alike. Besides regular events such as concerts, festivities and flea markets, Bredene also has many sights to offer. The water tower, for example, is not only the town's blue and white landmark, but you can also visit a permanent exhibition on the subject of "water". In the Turkeyenhof museum of local history, visitors can discover shells, fossils and other flotsam and jetsam from times gone by. For plant lovers, the dahlia garden is a must; here, at the right time of year, many other colourful flowers bloom in addition to dahlias - a play of colours that is worth seeing is the old fishermen's chapel, a place of pilgrimage for Flemish sailors and their relatives. Services are still held in the 300-year-old chapel and if you take a look inside, the walls are decorated with candles, letters and pictures for the victims of shipwrecks. So if you want to spend a holiday on the beach and enjoy the good North Sea air, Bredene is the right place for you.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in der Nähe zum Meer sowie nah für Sightseeingtouren nach Brügge und Ostende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
