This well-kept, air-conditioned house is situated on a private plot of 800 sqm on the edge of the Montgo nature reserve, with a great view of the sea and the town.
The holiday home is located in the villa area of Marquesa. The secluded plot is located in a cul-de-sac. The garden is planted with palm trees and a variety of other Mediterranean plants. You can access the house via the gateway or through the idyllic garden area with its 7 x 4 metre private pool, which offers pure swimming pleasure. An outdoor shower provides cooling down in between. The pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. For your relaxation, sun loungers and a parasol are available on the pool terrace. You will also find shady spots under the large, covered terrace by the house with a view of the pool and the adjacent nature reserve. An outdoor barbecue is available for you in a walled patio at the back of the garden. The holiday home is also suitable for a stay on hot summer days, as the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets can only be brought along by arrangement.
The holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with satellite TV, internet connection via WIFI and air conditioning as well as an exit to the pool area and the inner courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges, one of them with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook.Via a staircase with 5 steps you reach the bedrooms and the three bathrooms through the hallway. There are three double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, another has two single beds and the third has a queen-size bed. If you are renting for 8 people, you can rent a studio with another double bedroom in the lower part of the house, which can be reached by an external staircase. This also has air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
If the studio is not rented, it will remain locked during your stay and guarantees you access to all amenities, bars and restaurants at a distance of approx. 2.5 km, the town is 3 km away and the sea 4 km.
