Description
The house conveys with his pueblo-like-Spanish architectural style a very nice holiday atmosphere. Whether a couple or as a family - the private saltwater pool located in front of the house (6 * 4m) allows swimming and bathing without red eyes because no free chlorine in the water is present. The salt concentration of is practically not noticeable but it has proven a healing effect on the skin.
On three sides of the house you can enjoy a fantastic view of the nearby village of Bedar or sea (beaches 15 min. Away). Early risers can watch from the terrace beautiful sunrises over the ocean (The sunrise was photographed from the terrace) .The house is available since May 2009, guests - we are very pleased to have created a beautiful place for people who mediteranen the loving character of this landscape.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is nestled into a hillside, at 2350 m2 terassiertem land with almond trees, small olive, fig and orange trees. Access to the house is exclusively through a private road - the whole area so conveys an atmosphere of intimacy. The usable floor space is approximately 80 m2 (incl. Patio) and is sufficient for a family with 1 to 2 children. With more than 4 persons, the sofa bed in the living room would used as sleeping spring, covers the land with wild flowers in all colors. Fig and orange trees probably need one more year until they bear enough fruit, but the herbs are available to all guests.
The house has large terraces (sea view) and encloses a sheltered on three sides and covered patio (village view). The sky is bright and wide, and at night you can admire the starry sky and the Milky Way just above the house.

The village Bedar, about 1 km from the house, was built in the Spanish-Moorish style, with its whitewashed houses and picturesque streets is a gem. From gourmet restaurant to simple Spanish bars and restaurants everything is present. There are in the village also has a small, cheap grocery store, where the village women arrive to a chat, a bakery, a tobacco shop, a small shop, a bank and a post office and soon. The people here are friendly and helpful. The property is located near Mojacar, in the region of 'LEVANTE ALMERIENSE', in the province of Almeria in Andalusia. This is the ideal destination for tourists looking for sunshine and nice weather. The Region "Levante Almeriense" is ideal for swimming, horseback riding, hiking and golfing, and has numerous other sports and leisure opportunities. Even bowling is in Los Gallardos possible (just below Bedar). Because of its location between Murcia and Almería our house is a perfect starting point for numerous excursions: the beaches of the Mediterranean (Mojacar, San Juan de los Terreros, Puerto Rey) are 20 km away, the Natural Park "Cabo de Gata" and "Sierra de Maria-Los Vélez "to reach 60 km distance. Beautiful, natural and uncrowded beaches are to be found (approximately 25 minutes drive) as the Mojacar- and Cabo de Gata National Park. Especially nice for the kids. The village of El Campico is in exactly 30 min. Drive from the coast of Mojacar to reach out. This coastline is unspoilt, with beaches where the bars and restaurants are in the background. The nearest beach, Mojacar Playa, offers many bars, restaurants, shops and discos. Back at the house, in spite of tourist crowds on the beach, made for a relaxing, peaceful sleep.

We are here on the Costa del Sol, near the coast, in the picturesque hinterland. Sea and beach are by car in 15 min. Reachable. The house is a good starting point for many interesting excursions, for example: In the Sierra de Alhalmilla Mini Hollywood, (Production of Westerns and Lawrence of Arabia) open from 10-19h , (with show). Flea markets, several times weekly load in the vicinity for some serious browsing and who knows, maybe there is something very special.
People here love the celebrations and so a "Fiesta" can be visited in the near vicinity almost every week.

Quiet isolated location with pool in the hills of Bedar
The right place for secluded relaxation by the pool with large loggia at the front and small terrace with wide views to the coastal plain on the east side. No noisy neighbours, beautiful flowering bushes, pine trees, almond trees and a pleasant environment with traces of historical mining activity nearby. The cottage is divided into individual rooms with their own entrances, grouped around a central loggia open to the swimming pool terrace. Walks from the house are challenging, but there are other roads and paths nearby, such as the former locomotive path of the mining company about 7 km away, which is part of signposted walking routes. The house is well suited for three people and the facilities are good. We usually experienced the hot days there with a light breeze from the sea, which provided pleasant cooling in the evening. Typical for the area in summer are wasps and flies during the day and small mosquitoes in the evening. If you manage to get along with these little creatures, nothing stands in the way of a good stay.

Perfect...
perfectly located and very well equipped property that perfectly corresponds to the photographs as well as the description. The communication with the owner was clear at all levels. A big thank you to Oliver and Dagmar for their availability and kindness. I therefore recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Great finca !!!!!!
Simply indescribably beautiful! The wonderful view and the natural surroundings alone are worth a holiday here. The finca has everything, really everything you need. Very cosy and for connoisseurs the best relaxation and recreation. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our planned 3 - month stay after two weeks due to illness, but we will definitely come back next year. The communication and the efforts of the landlord, Mr Thomas Müller, the caretaker Oliver and Dagmar are absolutely top class. An open ear for every question, immediately helpful in every matter. Our little dog could romp around all day without a collar. The area is perfect for short and longer stays. Pure nature all around. Excursions in the immediate vicinity are worth getting in the car and exploring the area. The picturesque little Bedar is very clean and you can get all the things you need there. Lidl is also within easy reach by car. But the small shops in Bedar are so romantic that you don't miss the big supermarkets. It is 16 km to the sea, but it is easy to reach. All in all, we give this holiday 5 stars.
