The flat is on two floors, has underfloor heating and can be used all year round.
On the ground floor there is a combined living/kitchen room with fireplace and a wellness room (sauna, whirlpool). 3 bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upper floor
The garden with an open and a covered terrace, barbecue area, fireplace, chess, table tennis and badminton offers a wide range of leisure activities.
There is a Finnish barbecue kota on the property, which you can of course use free of charge.
Climbing tower, sandpit, paddling pool, swing and playhouse complete the offer.
