The Provencal, tastefully furnished villa situated in a splendid altitude in the middle of the vineyards with spectacular views of the old town of Vaison-la-Romaine and the Castle of the Counts of Toulouse. Idyllic sun and shade on a magical land with roses and lavender. Olive and fruit trees, as well as a standard local telephone seasons (usually between May and October) usable pool offer a nice ambience. Just minutes after house (120 square meters - 2 floors) offers four bedroom home sleeps eight people. It also has a small, cozy living room and a spacious and equipped with all necessary electrical appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, etc.) equipped kitchen. Furthermore you will find a generous Crockery (Nachtmann wine glasses, champagne buckets, carafes, WMF cutlery, Thomas tableware, etc.). There is also a utility room with washing machine and an additional vanity. In total the house three (!) Toilet. Ideal for your BBQ actions: a great Weber grill! The majority of our windows is new (tilt windows with double insulation). For this purpose they are equipped with manually lockable mosquito nets! there are conditions to our chairs. And we offer you even towels for the pool area. Also an extensive picnic facilities are available on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The House is located in beautiful elevation on a hill overlooking the town and the old town of Vaison la Romaine. Surrounded by some French neighbors, the vines, as well as the wooded foothills of the Dentelles of Montmirail begin behind the plot. By the way, ideal for hiking, walking, cycling (including mountain-bike!). On foot, it is only 5 minutes to reach the charming old town with restaurants, cafes, Down to the town of Vaison, it takes about 15 minutes. Vaison is famous for its Roman excavations, the old town and its large market every Tuesday. The legendary Mont Ventoux, which can be climbed by car - and bike - is only a few kilometres away. Vaison may await you in with attractive shops, there are excellent restaurants and many cultural events - for example, in the Roman amphitheatre.
