Large HOLIDAY HOUSE for 8 people with its own WELLNESS AREA (swimming pool+sauna) in a beautiful, quiet location in the HOHES VENN-EIFEL/ NATIONALPARK EIFEL/ NRW/ Germany nature park.
You enter the large ENTRANCE HALL and can already hear the fire crackling in the OPEN FIREPLACE. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find the large living/dining room with another OPEN FIREplace, the eat-in kitchen, the bathroom with guest WC and 2 double bedrooms. Via an open staircase you reach the openly designed attic, where the children have a lot of space to play. There are also 2 double sofa beds, a shower room with WC, the conservatory and a south-facing balcony.
In the SOUTERRAIN you will find the WELLNESS AREA with SWIMMING POOL + SAUNA,
the exit to the lower terrace and the FITNESS AREA with table tennis table, among others Outside the house:
GRILL FIREPLACE, 2 terraces with garden furniture, the fenced garden, garage and 2 car parking spaces.

A great house in a super location
A large, super equipped house with many possibilities for leisure activities (swimming pool, sauna, table tennis, barbecue etc.). The living area, both downstairs and upstairs, is very spacious and very well furnished. We can only recommend a holiday there and to let your soul dangle.

Sylvester Woche
Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, in einer tollen Lage. Wir haben uns für das Haus entschieden aufgrund der ruhigen Lage, da wir zwei große Hunde haben, von denen einer Tierische Panik vor dem Feuerwerk hat. Es war dort dass ruhigste Sylvester was wir bisher verbringen durften. Leider fehlte es an manchen Ecken und enden und somit ein paar Tipps sowie Infos an die kommenden Besucher :
-es gibt die Info das es einen eingezäunten Garten gibt, das stimmt wohl, jedoch ist der Zaun nicht hoch und sehr in die Jahre gekommen, grade bei großen Hunden, nicht wirklich sicher. Zudem wäre es gut zu wissen, das der Garten, direkt an einen anderen Garten in dem auch ein Hund lebt.
-Stromkosten werden durch den Zählerstand nachträglich bezahlt: wichtige Info, dass Schwimmbad wird durch eine Heissluftheizung beheizt, die nicht abzustellen ist. So hatten wir mit zwei Personen und Baby, in einer Woche einen Stromverbrauch von 140€ ohne Sauna(!), diese konnten wir krankheitsbedingt nicht nutzen
-wir haben über 1200€ für die heissbegehrte Sylvesterwoche gezahlt und hatten nicht mal Tischtennisschläger die zu nutzen waren, die verfügbaren waren einfach total kaputt
-tolle Küche, alles was man benötigt
-die Aussicht ist ein Traum, unten sowie der Panoramablick aus der oberen Etage, jedoch wird die tolle Aussicht bei solch dreckigen Fenster einfach nicht zu genießen. Außen so wie innen, bei dem Preis schon sehr ärgerlich.
-gute Betten, sowie saubere Bettwäsche.
-schönes Schwimmbad
-tolle Lage

Great quaint house
We were once again in this spacious and rustic holiday home.
In particular, we were thrilled to have the wellness area, sauna, and swimming pool again, and we used them extensively.
The children also took over the upper floor and thought it was super cool to have the large area to themselves.
We made trips to the surrounding area, Monschau, Hohes Venn, and much more.
Sitting in the spacious living room by the fireplace in the evenings was simply beautiful.
We will rent the house again next year.

Well-maintained luxurious house with a great pool - also ideal for children.
The house is detached in a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. It is well-maintained, clean, and has good amenities with new appliances in the kitchen and living room. The highlight is definitely the large pool - with a swing and rope ladder attached to the ceiling, it is also a great playground for children.

ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem großzügigen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus und es war bestimmt auch nicht das letzte Mal. Nach einem langen Wandertag in die Sauna und dann in den gr0ßen Pool zu springen ist eine Wohltat ! Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen und in der großzügigen, neuen Küche macht das Kochen richtig Spass. Wir werden das nächste Mal mit Freunden zusammen buchen, denn das großzügige Obergeschoß mit eigenem Bad läd förmlich zu einem gemeinsamen Urlaub ein.
Das Ferienhaus ist eine Empfehlung wert !!!

Traumhafter Urlaub in sehr schönem Ferienhaus
Der Urlaub in diesem Haus war wunderschön und erholsam. Insbesondere der Wellness-Berich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna hat uns sehr gefallen und war sehr erholsam. Des Weiteren fanden wir die Größe des Hauses überdurchschnittlich schön. AUch die Umgebung des Hauses haben wir sehr genossen!
