Urban apartment in the centre of Barcelona. Centric apartment located in a peaceful, quite neighbourhood which guarantees a tranquil and quite night’s sleep. The two light and airy bedrooms are located on an inner courtyard with a nice balcony to have your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to self-cater any meal. There are numerous supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is a child’s crib and high chair available if you have small children.
The occupancy of 4 persons is intended exclusively for families with children. Otherwise the maximum occupancy is 3 persons.
We don't accept groups of young people.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a listed building dating from 1900, in a typical Barcelonians neighborhoods. The famous boulevard "La Rambla" is a 10 minute walk. Every year more people come to visit this wonderful, dynamic city. Enjoy the amazing architecture, culture, shopping, design and active urban scene full of life and surprises. There are numerous buses that stop near the apartment to go to the Barcelona beaches.

Unique accommodation
We would like to thank you for the wonderful vacation in a very quiet, clean vacation apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, shopping facilities can be found two doors down and it is only a 10-minute walk to La Rambla. There is a great bar on the 10th floor of a hotel called Barceló Raval. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view and is about 5 minutes away from the accommodation. The landlord is super nice and also happy to give tips for the surrounding area. We say thank you and will definitely come back :)

Very good flat and location
The flat is very central, perfect location, metro and bus within 1-2 minutes, from here you can reach everything by metro or bus. One street away from the flat, best place for TAPAS bars. You can't get better than this. The landlord is very very friendly. I will absolutely recommend the flat and rent it again.

Great location with atmosphere
My partner and I spent 1 week in this flat to see the city. The location was very good. Many supermarkets around, several tapas bars. It was easy to walk around a lot.
It was also not far from the airport. If you are not so fit, the metro is very cheap (10 ticket 10 euros) and is almost at the front door. We had a very nice week and will definitely come back. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Hof ausgerichtet und somit sehr ruhig. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum Verweilen bei einem Glas Rotwein ein :-).
Der Fahrstuhl ist direkt von der Wohnung aus nutzbar.
Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar, falls es etwas zu klären gibt. Der Vermieter spricht auch deutsch und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Insgesamt empfehle ich diese Wohnung sehr gerne und mit einem guten Gewissen!
Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Barcelona reise, würde ich wieder diese Wohnung anfragen.

Einwandfrei
Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, wie schön die Wohnung war, hell, sauber, nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig, supermarkt 10 sekunden entfernt, die Ubahn 1 min entfernt. Vermieter: Sehr Nett.Wir kommen wieder :D
