Description
New villa in a beautiful villa area, only approx. 500 metres from the sea, on a private plot of 800 sqm, adjoining a green area of 200 sqm. It is built in an upscale style, due to the good insulation the house is pleasantly cool even in summer. For the winter months a central heating (gas) is available. A beautiful covered, partly glazed terrace encloses the house on two sides. Large private pool (4.5 x 9 metres) with Roman steps and outdoor shower (hot/cold). Separate barbecue house at the pool terrace.
The house has on the ground floor a living room with SAT-TV, DVD-player, internet connection and fireplace, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom with double bed (but single mattresses) and a bathroom/WC.
On the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms, one with a double bed (but single mattresses), the other with 2 single beds, each room with its own balcony, a bathroom/WC. In one of the bedrooms there is a SAT-TV. In addition, the house has a washing machine and a dryer. You can park your car on the completely enclosed property. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

very beautiful villa
we found a very well maintained villa here, everything was as described and pictured, the location is very quiet, we felt comfortable here and will certainly come again in the course of the next few years

Das Haus Beranis ist toll.... Haus, Pool, Garten alles prima ...
unser diesjähriger Sommerurlaub in Denia liegt nun hinter uns. Ich möchte mich
hiermit nochmal für die gewohnt problemlose, auch in dieser schweren Zeit nicht
selbstverständliche Abwicklung und Betreuung bedanken.
Das Haus Beranis ist toll....Haus, Pool, Garten alles prima...Kompliment an die Besitzer!
Hervorzuheben ist noch die zuständige Mitarbeiterin Mandy....wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit
einer gebrochenen Fliese der Pooltreppe - Die gute Mandy fackelt nicht lange.... 'grande Problema' gibt es nicht! Am nächsten morgen war Sie da und hat die Treppe so präpariert dass nix mehr passiert. TOP! GROßES LOB!!!
Insgesamt mal wieder ein toller Urlaub...und ich hoffe dass wir genauso gute Mieter waren wie
es die Gastgeber erwarten.

Good holiday home
We felt very comfortable in this holiday home the location of the holiday home is very quiet the house is in a good condition it was clean and the outdoor area is also very well maintained what you can also mention is the kitchen which is top equipped what has not liked so much was the kettle which would have to be decalcified from time to time what we have also found good was the refrigerator which is in the outdoor kitchen and the large shower which was there furthermore if you drive into the settlement in front directly on the corner is the German corner where you can find a German bakery what we also liked was the fridge in the outside kitchen and the big shower which was there. Furthermore if you drive into the settlement there is the German corner at the corner where you find a German bakery and Carlos specialities
