Description
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The centre of the house is the living room with the open kitchen. In total, there is about 60 square metres of living space available.
The house is equipped with modern gas central heating and hot water. In the cold season, the wood-burning stove and sofa provide additional comfort. The house has a bathtub and a separate shower.
The kitchen is simply equipped with a cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer as well as toaster, coffee machine etc.
In the living room there is a TV with digital satellite receiver. In the boat shed the guest will find garden furniture, rowing boat, barbecue and garden loungers.

Location and surroundings of object
Idyllically situated house on a large plot at the Krakow Lake with exclusive access to the lake and private house is modern with gas central heating and hot water. In the cold season, the fireplace makes for additional comfort. The plot is enclosed by hedges, trees and the lake shore and practically invisible.

Tolle Lage, aber leider sehr ungepflegt
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft und es ist sehr ruhig.
Leider ist vieles im Haus und Garten schmutzig und ungepflegt und teilweise defekt.
Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist nur für junge oder sportliche Menschen geeignet.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Strandhaus und waren begeistert!
Alles ist mindestens so schön, wie auf den Bildern und die völlig uneingesehene Lage einfach ein Traum. Das Wasser des Sees ist glasklar und es herrscht wunderbare Ruhe. Natur pur in schöner Lage!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Romantisch gelegenes Ferienhaus in unberührter Naturidylle. Uneinsehbares Grundstück mit direktem Seezugang.
Schwimmen, Bootfahren, Grillen uvm..Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Unvergessener Urlaub, den wir gerne nochmals wiederholen.
