You are in the mood for an unforgettable skiing or hiking holiday in the Zillertal and don't want to go/drive far either to the ski lift or to the bike/hiking trail? Then you are exactly right in our house! Our holiday apartment is located in the direct vicinity of the Horbergbahn, ski region Zillertal 3000 (reachable on foot in 5 minutes / or 402 meters)
The Zillertal cycling and hiking trail as well as the cross-country skiing trail also run right next to the house
The 135 sqm holiday apartment offers you
1 double bedroom with flat screen TV, fly screen
1 double bedroom with additional 2 single beds and flat screen TV, fly screen, blackout curtains.
1 room with a loft bed (lower bed = 140x200 m), fly screen.
The new living room (renewed 04/2015) is equipped with satellite flat TV , DVD player and 3 sofa beds with real mattresses and a large double bed. From the living room it goes directly to the covered balcony (S/O) with beautiful views of the surrounding fields.

In the kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, double coffee machine for instant coffee., new Berndorf knife block, toaster, CD radio etc., you will also find a large dining area
In addition, the apartment has a modern bathroom with 2 spacious shower, toilet, bidet, double washbasin, fan heater, fly screen as well as an additional separate toilet and a large hallway. Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. However, you will find smoking facilities on your balcony
For your children we can provide a cot, a high chair and a bath bucket. Towels and bed linen are provided
Depending on the season, the holiday apartment costs between 19 and 40 Euro p.p./night + 1,50€ local tax per person/night
+ 60-80 Euro /depending on season
Minimum occupancy 4 persons and in winter 8 persons.

If you have a lot of guests or want more space, you have the possibility to rent another studio in our house for up to 3 persons, but the occupancy in the apartment alone must be at least 10 persons. Photos of the studio in the basement are attached. Please note in your request that you would like to rent the large apartment and the studio together.

Cancellation terms:
- Withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the lessor. The following compensation is due with the withdrawal: up to 90 days before the start of the rental period 30 % of the rental price, but at least the down payment. up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental price, but at least the down payment. up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 50 % of the rental price, thereafter 100 % of the rental price.

It doesn't get any better than this !
The good start to our skiing holiday this year began even before arrival. The contacting of the enquiry by email and the coordination of the payments, as well as the pre-filling of the details for the tourism association were always answered quickly and the forms to be filled in were well described. Especially helpful were tips for the choice of route on arrival, which saved us a lot of time in traffic jams.
On arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Mrs Wechselberger. The car can be parked in a covered car park very close to the entrance. Apart from the short way to unload, the car park has the great advantage that the car does not have to be cleared in case of snowfall. A total of three parking spaces are available.
During the entire stay, Mrs Wechselberger maintained a cordial relationship with our family. In addition to being child-friendly, a personal congratulation was also extended on my wife's birthday.
The holiday flat rightly bears the prefix "dream". It was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and is characterised by its spaciousness.
The furnishings and equipment of the flat are exactly tailored to the needs of comfortable accommodation for larger groups, it immediately appears that the furnishings were made with thought and heart.
The fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine for 2 pots, sufficient dishes, high-quality sharp kitchen knives, etc.) has a large, stable dining table that is easy to clean thanks to the transparent rubber cover and, with the ski slope plans underneath, makes a pleasant start to the ski day even at breakfast. The information folder compiled by Mrs Wechselberger offers, in addition to important telephone numbers, many valuable tips for planning activities outside the flat. We particularly enjoyed the visit to the Hintertux glacier (significant time saving on the journey to the glacier)
