Leave your car at home. Our house is only a few minutes' walk from the Ochsenkopf Süd cable car station.
In the immediate vicinity are ski lifts, ski school, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trail, marked hiking trails, Zippline Park, downhill trail, the moor bath in Fleckl, salt pond, as well as restaurants.
Our guesthouse has:
a studio flat for 2-3 people with small kitchen, shower/WC and balcony approx. 45 m² in size
Holiday flats (one-room flats and two-room flats) for 2 to max. 3 persons
all have a kitchenette, bathroom with shower / WC and a balcony.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Always very much appreciated
We were looking for a spontaneous short holiday in the snow and found it in Fleckl in the Ney guesthouse. We had a nice spacious holiday flat. The breakfast was very good and the landlady very kind
The location is great, especially if you want to go skiing or cross-country skiing at the Ochsenkopf.
We will be back.

Very nice landlady
Everything is very nice and the contact with the landlady is very good. Breakfast is delicious, always happy to come back.

Ein paar schöne Tage in Fleckl
Das Zimmer war großzügig und das Frühstück gut. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren zum Mountainbiken in Fleckl und die Lage vom Gästehaus Ney war perfekt für uns.

Cosy with a great location
We spent a nice holiday in Fleckl with our son, unfortunately we had some bad luck with the weather but the nice landlady was helpful in organising our free time. Our holiday flat was very cosy and we felt comfortable. The location of the guesthouse is ideal, it is only a few steps to the Ochsenkopf cable car and to the restaurants. We will be happy to come back.
