We welcome our guests in our well-kept private accommodation at the foot of the Vosges. Our aim is to make your stay in Alsace as pleasant as possible.

The holiday home Elisa is situated in the middle of a rich natural landscape, in a quiet and green environment. Situated on the edge of our cosy village, it borders on lush green meadows and the communal forest of the Haslach municipality. The location is ideal for relaxing walks and hikes in healthy fresh air, while at the same time offering many interesting excursions in the surrounding area of Alsace. You can visit
discover beautiful authentic Alsatian wine villages (Riquewihr, Obernai, Kaysersberg...)
visit the Christmas markets in Alsace at Christmas and admire the beautifully decorated old half-timbered houses
take a walk in the woods in the Vosges and visit Mont St. Odile or old castles and fortresses
go cross-country or alpine skiing in the Vosges Mountains
visit many museums of Alsace such as the train museum, car museum, postal museum and others or
follow in the footsteps of Alsace's history by visiting the former Struthof concentration camp or the Schirmeck Memorial.

One room with french bed (140 cm) and a second room with two single beds (can also be used like a double bed).
Outside plenty of space, private courtyard, garden (large unenclosed area).
A garage is also at your disposal, next to the cottage.
All important shops are in the village, approx. 500m: small self-service shop, butcher's, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser and a bakery which is also open on Sundays.
Larger shops are about 13km away, 15 minutes by car.
Ask us for the link to our website to discover the cottage. The charming village of Niederhaslach is situated in a valley at the foot of the Vosges. A rich historical past: the 656 scattered inhabitants gather under the shepherd's crook of the popular Saint-Florent and melt the haslach village which used to lie between the two present villages. The battle between the Bishop of Strasbourg and the lords of Nideck and Hohenstein took away this first village around 1214. But the vitality and the courage of the population quickly took back the surface. Two new villages then appeared: OBERHASLACH Vor- and NIEDERHASLACH Nach-. Niederhaslach saw very hard times and suffered during the confusion of the 16th century thirty years war. This pretty village, a little more than 1500 inhabitants, where the flowered houses stretch along the Hasel stream, attract every year numerous summer holidaymakers who can taste the tranquillity and benefit from the walking possibilities.

In 1991, my young husband Virgile decided to transform our shed into a holiday home. I was at home during this time to raise my three children. This gives me the opportunity to welcome our guests and to be at their disposal to give them all the tips for places of interest, restaurants. Since then, my husband and I have grown a little older. My husband is now a young pensioner and remains available for the upkeep of the holiday home. It has been a great pleasure for us to meet many nice guests. Many guests have often returned to our holiday home and have become friends over the years, the best thing for landlords.
