| At present, no visitor's tax has to be paid in Quilitz. In the main season, the other holiday periods and Christmas/New Year's Eve, renting is only possible by the week. Arrival in the main season on Saturday. Otherwise by arrangement. Outside the main season, the prices refer to an occupancy with 2 persons. For each additional person (maximum 4), 10,- € / night will be charged additionally. A cot and a high chair can be borrowed for 15 € per stay. |

- Stornierung - bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises -- bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises - bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises - bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises - ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises abzüglich der eingesparten Aufwendungen (Endreinigung) Sollte die Insel Usedom aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie touristisch gesperrt sein und das Ferienhaus nicht bezogen werden können, verpflichtet sich der Vermieter den bereits gezahlten Mietpreis in voller Höhe zurück zu erstatten.

The holiday home is available from clock on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the house has to be vacated by o'clock. Parking at the house is included in the price for the first rental day.
Sauna electricity is charged according to consumption (40 cents/kWh). A visitor's tax is not charged. Deposit 30 % , balance payment at the latest 21 days before the start of the rental period. Please bring bed linen, towels and tea towels with you. Linen for hire: €16/person
