Description
Modern furnished holiday flat with a fantastic view in the basement of our detached house, directly at the Eifel National Park and the Rursee, with separate entrance and parking space for your car.
From here you have a wonderful view over the typical Eifel landscape and the neighbouring forests.
The flat is approx. 50 sqm, has a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.
A bathroom with shower cubicle and a separate bedroom.
In the living area there is a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (150x200cm) if required.

The resort is surrounded by Schmidt deciduous and coniferous forests on a high plateau, which is bordered by the foothills of the High Fens and Rur. Schmidt lies directly on the Rur Lake Rureifel and the National Park Eifel above sea level. The town has two retail stores, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a gas station, a post office, several dining establishments and a wildlife park

Beautiful Rur Eifel
We spent wonderful vacation days here in this beautiful holiday apartment for the 2nd time. This time we had 8 days of sun - every morning having breakfast outside and enjoying the magnificent view - and 1 day of rain. SUPER!!!! Everything is very well maintained, inside and outside! The garden terrace - just for us - is a dream! Frank and Claudia are super nice people.
The apartment itself is newly renovated, with a box spring bed, new kitchen, the shower room was an experience for us....
The village of Schmidt is very close to Lake Rur, with beautiful viewpoints.

A beautiful apartment!!!!!
We were very nicely welcomed and felt very, very comfortable in the tasteful and very clean flat. There was nothing missing, everything we needed was there.
The view of the vastness of the Eifel was "balm for the soul"! Very nice landlords. The holiday was too short, but we will be back. LG Ute and Willi

Simply wonderful!
Probably our most beautiful apartment we have had so far! You feel at home from the first second and are enthroned in your own kingdom high above the Eifel with a view over the hilltops to Nideggen and beyond.

Gemütlicher Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit . Der Urlaub war schön aber zu kurz.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Wanderurlaub in der Eifel und um Entspannung vom Alltag zu finden. Sie bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ist sehr sauber sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ganz neu und auch der Rest der Wohnung ist in einem wirklich sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieter sind zudem bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter!

Super Ferienwohnung!!!
Wir haben im August 2012 mit 3 erwachsenen Personen dort Urlaub gemacht. Eine sehr schöne und
komfortable Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Eifel. Kann man nur empfehlen. Danke an Familie Stollenwerk von Familie Riebe!!!

Die FW wurde mit 4 Personen genutzt, was durch 1Schlafzimmer & die sehr bequeme Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer absolut ok war! Herrlich ist der Terassenblick-Wohnung angenehm kühl!(hatten Außentemperaturen von 26 Grad)Schön war auch der Brötchenservice!Lieben Dank an Fam. Stollenwerk!!!Diese FW ist sehr empfehlenswert!
