Description
A new and comfortably furnished thatched holiday home awaits you.
It is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area for 8+2 people and a cosy living room with flat screen TV and fireplace. The couch there can be converted into a sofa bed, so that you could also use the living room as a sleeping area.
On the upper floor you have the 2 separate bedrooms (also with TV) for max. 4 persons each as well as another bathroom with shower and bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge if required.
From the dining area you can access the south-east facing terrace with garden table and chairs for 8 people and a beach chair. In the lockable garden house you will find a barbecue and a trolley for the little ones. Parking for 2 cars is available right next to the house.
The WLAN connection in the house is free of charge.

Central location in Koserow, 5 minutes from the beach, bakers, butchers and supermarket are within walking distance.
There is a swimming pool (also for non hotel guest can be used) in the neighbouring hotel.

| The ER is 125,- € and is added to the house rent. For pets there is an extra charge of 25,- €. Bed linen and towel set are included 1 x per person, additional towels can be booked for 5,- €/set when booking. The visitor's tax is not included in the price. Our WiFi is free of charge and a high chair and a cot can also be used free of charge if required. |

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, haben eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub dort verbracht. Alles sehr schön und sauber.

Wunderschönes freistehendes Reetdachhaus
Wir haben tolle Osterferien verlebt. Ein hochmodernes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Sieht alles so aus wie auf den Fotos.
Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse mit 4 weiteren Häusern ähnlicher Bauweise. Das ist hübsch anzusehen. Die Hauptstraße ist nicht weit entfernt, dennoch ist es auf der Terrasse schön ruhig. Bäcker gleich nebenan, Fahrradverleih auch. Liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand (daher Lage 4 Sterne), aber es sind vielleicht 5.8 Minuten Gehweg.
Toll war auch die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir brauchten z. B. technischen Rat für den Sky-Empfang, die Vermieterin hat uns per „Ferndiagnose“ super weitergeholfen. Anfänglich war die Sitzauflage für den Strandkorb nicht auffindbar, hier hat sich die Verwalterin vor Ort dann sehr bemüht und das fehlende Teil schnell gefunden.
Wirklich zu empfehlen dieses schöne Haus.

Wunder schöner Herbsturlaub
Das Haus hatte alles was man in einen Haus erwartet. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und man hatte sich wohl gefühlt. Die Sauna war super. Mit Frau Schmidt hat die Familie eine sehr nette Hausverwalterin. Das Haus kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
