Very nice luxury chalet, living area 150m² and equipped for 8 adults and 1 or 2 babies
4 bedrooms (1 on ground floor) with duvets and pillows, and 3 bathrooms (the one on ground floor with sunbath)
In the spacious living room there is internet, satellite, 82 cm LCD TV with home cinema set and enjoy the warmth of a wood stove
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, frigidaire, freezers, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, egg boiler, etc.
In the storage room there is a washing machine, dryer, ski boot dryer and 3 sledges
Outside you will find the sunny veranda on the south with 8 garden chairs. Parking on own ground and in the carport. The chalet is situated 1,5 km from the ski lift to the Kitzbühler Alps, ski bus only 3 minutes away, and in the middle of the idyllic village. Also the ski area Urlaubsarena Wildkogel with the exciting toboggan run of 14 km is in the direct vicinity

Great and cosy CHALET
We spent our summer holiday 2021 in Chalet Jottem with 5 adults and 2 children. The house is very cosy, offers a lot of space, is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. The equipment is very good - everything has been thought of here. The wooden terrace and the garden invite you to linger. We had a great stay
In Mühlbach there is a very good bakery and a supermarket, which can be reached either by bike or in a few minutes on foot.
Many thanks to the landlords for the friendly and uncomplicated contact.
We will be happy to come back!
