Each holiday flat has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Upholstered corner, TV, kitchenette with dining area, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini oven are part of the kitchen equipment.
Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, tea towels etc. are provided. Bed linen and towels are provided.
WC with shower, hallway, terrace, barbecue area, garden chairs with table and a parking space are also included

Location and surroundings of object
Elmenhorst is located directly on the spa road between Warnemünde and Bad Doberan. The municipality includes an approximately one-kilometre-long landscape conservation area directly on the steep coast. The surroundings are wonderful to explore by bicycle or on foot along the numerous cycle paths and hiking trails. From the wooded cliffs, you can look out over the expanse of the sea and enjoy the diversity of the natural and sandy beaches. Of course, the individual beach sections are very accessible and naturism is also possible. Since 28 July 2011, you can find an impressive high ropes course with the latest safety standards in Elmenhorst. It offers a fantastic panoramic view around Elmenhorst. Furthermore, outdoor tours by quad, kayak, inflatable and motor boats through our charming coastal landscape are offered. From Elmenhorst beach you can easily see Warnemünde, for example, with the ships arriving and departing. Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn can then be seen to the west.
The village has a good infrastructure. There is an hourly bus connection to Warnemünde and Bad Doberan. There are good shopping facilities in the village. These include 3 supermarkets, the town bakery, a beverage market, a drugstore, pharmacy, doctor's office, flower shop, hairdresser, post office and an ATM.
A special highlight is the Hanse Sail, which takes place every year in August and this year from 08 to 11 August 2019 in Rostock as well as in the seaside resort Warnemünde. . A highlight are the regattas of schooners and square-rigged sailing boats, which compete between Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn. Those who wish can also sail on board to experience the regatta at first hand.
About 300 large and traditional sailing ships, cruise liners, tall ships, sailing yachts, zeesboats, schooners, paddle steamers, cutters and other large seagoing vessels from many nations will meet here. The whole thing is accompanied by a folk festival with cultural and entertainment offerings. At the beginning of July, for 71 years now, you can admire 2000 sailors from 30 nations measuring their strength in various competitions and championships.
The beautiful city of Rostock with its zoo and Darwineum, art gallery, botanical garden, St. Mary's Church and the town hall with its seven towers, St. Nicolai's Church (the oldest church in Rostock), Steintor, Kröpeliner Tor, University Square, cinemas, theatres, the old city harbour and much more invite you to take an extended stroll through the city. Gabled houses and churches from different eras bear witness to the wealth of the merchants in the Middle Ages.
The rebuilt tower of St. Peter's Church welcomes many holidaymakers and guests from afar. The 117-metre-high tower can be climbed via a stone spiral staircase with 196 steps or by lift. The reward is a magnificent view in all directions over Rostock's old harbour, the city centre and the whole surrounding area.

You are coming from Berlin:
You are on the A19 and continue in the direction of Überseehafen Rostock, through the Warnowtunnel (toll in summer € in winter 3,00€), then straight on along Warnowallee until you reach the fire station. Turn right there and at the next traffic lights turn left to Elmenhorst.
Elmenhorst is signposted.
Once in Elmenhorst, turn left behind the Elmenhorst municipal building yard in the direction of Bad Doberan and then continue to "Waffenhaus Fuchs", Hauptstraße 37.
Turn right directly there to Sandweg 4.
You are coming from Hamburg:
You are on the A20 and drive to exit no. 14 Rostock-West, continue in the direction of Warnemünde on the B103.
Take the Lütten- Klein exit and continue straight on along Warnowallee until you reach the fire station. Once in Elmenhorst, turn left after the Elmenhorst municipal building yard in the direction of Bad Doberan and continue to "Waffenhaus Fuchs" at Hauptstraße 37. Turn right directly there to Sandweg 4.
