Bright flat with large windows and west-facing balcony on the 3rd floor with lift. Modernly furnished, completely renovated and fully equipped.
Double bed with comfortable mattresses. Large dining table, which can also be used for working. Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, dishwasher etc. (window with fly screen).
The only condition: You will be staying in Berlin for at least 3 months and would like to live in a modern and elegantly furnished apartment. However, you are only temporarily in Berlin and do not want to stay for longer. The flat is rented out on the principle of 'temporary living' for a limited period of time. The flat is located at Windscheidstraße 32 in Berlin Charlottenburg, on the 3rd floor with lift. It is only a 3-minute walk to the U-Bahn, less to the buses on Kantstraße and about 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Stuttgarter Platz. A very central location, where there is no parking management at the moment. So it is also possible to bring a car.

The stereo is pretty high, the speakers also. So bring your good quiet with CDs. The phone can be used to receive calls. The apartment is on the 3rd Floor and is accessed via a lift. The Internet with flat rate via wifi is a fast internet and is included in the price.

Short vacation apartment "Ambiente in Berlin"
The holiday apartment "Ambiente in Berlin" is a very beautiful, tastefully and functionally furnished apartment with an optimal location. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay, we had to find out that the friendliness, politeness, and reliability of the landlady leave something to be desired due to a forgotten item in the apartment, so we refrain from wanting to rent this apartment again. In addition, I find the contractual processing (key handover, etc.) cumbersome and illogical.
recommend for: holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Diese Bewertung möchten wir nicht weiter kommentieren, um nicht gleichfalls vielleicht unberechtigt Kritisches über den Feriengast schreiben zu müssen, das ist nicht unser Stil.
Damals wurde diese Wohnung noch als normale Kurzzeit-Ferienwohnung vermietet und die Feriengäste hatten keinen Kontakt mit uns als Vermieter sondern mit der damaligen Verwaltung.
