You have the luxury of a holiday flat and the infrastructure of a hotel.
Our holiday flats are only 200 metres walking distance to the beautiful beach. The holiday flats have a balcony with sea view and are fully furnished. The 1 room flats are suitable for 1 to 2 persons. The flats are located from the 6th floor and are generously equipped with 48sqm.
Large private swimming pool, 24-hour security, restaurants, laundry service, beauty salon and minimarket in the building. Parking spaces available. Only a few minutes walk to Jomtien Beach to restaurants, snack bars, bars and shops (some open 24 hours), ATMs for Visa and Mastercard as well as banks available. Pharmacy and doctor's surgery also in the immediate vicinity. It takes only 5 minutes by car or baht-bus to the city of Pattaya to the countless restaurants, snack bars, shopping centres and bars. There are baht buses at all times.

Our holiday apartments are only 200 metres walk to the beautiful Dongtan Beach.
Pattaya is located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, about 140 kilometres southeast of the national capital Bangkok. The city stretches about 15 kilometres along the coast.
The climate is tropical-monsoonal with three seasons. From November to February it is warm and dry with temperatures of 20 to 30 °C and an average humidity of about 50%. The hot and humid season lasts from February to May, temperatures can reach 40 °C, high humidity of 75%, occasional rainfall. The hot rainy season lasts from June to October, the humidity climbs to about 90% due to the continuous rain, temperatures are between 25 °C and 35 °C. The most pleasant time, which coincides with the high tourist season, is around Christmas and Dongtan Beach, adjacent to Jomtien is geographically separated from Pattaya town proper by Phra Tamnak Hill (Buddha Hill), but there is a new road connecting Pattaya town directly to Jomtien via the Bali Hai Pier on the beach side. In contrast to Pattaya Beach, Jomtien/Dongtan is a family resort, residential houses line up with beach hotels, bungalow villages, flat blocks and restaurants.

Wintering in paradise
I just got back and would like to take this opportunity to thank the Bühler family. By renting their apartment, they allowed me to have a great three-month stay in Pattaya. The apartment has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The noise level is reasonable, you could even say it's "quiet." I really enjoyed it, even though I was at a slight disadvantage due to my limited English skills. Now it's time to learn English, and maybe I'll come back next winter. Best regards, Rainer Kühn.

a nice accommodation in a good location
We were guests in the Bühler family's vacation apartment for the first time and felt very comfortable there during the 10 days. The amenities are great, the bed is comfortable, and the beach is nearby. We also liked the large swimming pool and private sunbeds.

My wife and I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful vacation in your apartment.
It is truly a very nice apartment, well equipped, we didn't miss anything.
The whole building is very quiet, and the restaurants in the building are also great, especially the JUM.
Also, short distances to the beach and the Baht taxis.
We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Jomtien Beach, hopefully, you will have an apartment available for us again.

very nice apartment of high quality and quiet yet central location
My wife and I stayed at the Nong Apartment in View Talay 5 C for 4 weeks and had a great vacation. The apartment is very well-furnished and in new condition. Everything was provided, including double bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was modern with a large shower. The entire apartment was bright and clean with tiled floors. The apartment was well-tempered because it was on the shady side on the 9th floor. We were woken up in the mornings by tropical birds. The proximity to direct access to the beautiful Dongthan Beach with clean bathing water and many amenities was very good. It is also only 200 meters to the taxi route to bustling Pattaya. Very satisfied with vacation rental
My wife and I stayed for three weeks in one of the "Nong" vacation apartments in January. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well-furnished. The apartment was also very spacious. If we go to Pattaya again, we will book here again.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Ferienwohnung liegt nahe am Strand. Dieser nennt sich Dongtan-Beach. Es hat dafür einen Privatweg. Man muss also keine Strasse überqueren. In der Anlage hat es auch Restaurants, Reinigungsgeschäfte und ein sehr grosses Pool. Nach dem Strand waren wir immer am Pool. Man fühlte sich auch sehr sicher in der Anlage, da es sehr viele Securitis hatte.
free time activities: Am Strand kann man Scooter mieten. Des Weiteren könnte man auch Gold spielen. Dazu muss man aber ein Taxi mieten. Zu Fuss ist auch der Pattaya Park erreichbar. Es handelt sich um ein Wasser-Freizeitpark.
shopping facilities: In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat es auch viele Restaurants, Bancomaten und Einkaufsgeschäfte.
