Our beautiful holiday house "La Mer" furnished in the Languedoc style at the foot of the protected area "Massif de la Clape" only a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach of fine sand. It is also just 5 minutes on foot to the sports center with its swimming pool, Fitness, tennis courts.
The villa has a habitable surface area of about 45 m² on two floors for a max. 5 persons. There is a sunny, 20 m², enclosed terrace facing south-west and a private parking place. Hire of the garage and 2 bikes is possible.
On the ground floor you find the living and dining room, the open-plan kitchen along the length of the living room with dish-washer, cooker with 4-ring hob and oven, fridge, freezer (46 l), micro-wave oven, washing machine, spin drier, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, cupboard units, plenty of crockery and utensils and the 1st shower-room.
On the mezzanine you find the parents bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobes with coat-hangers, the childrens's bedroom with 3 beds, wardrobe and the 2nd shower-room.

Our lovely private villa is in a estate of similar villas in a quiet area only a few minutes's walk to the beach.
The shopping centre of Narbonne-Plage is about 400 m away, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainments in the evening. You are far enough from the centre to habe a quiet holiday, but near enough to go anywhere on foot. Nabonne-Plage is 15 km from the town of Narbonne between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of the Nature Park of the "Massif de la Clape". You find a magnificent beach of 5 km fine sand. The beach is supervised during the season and washed daily (June to Sept.).
At Narbonne-Plage, far from the buya resorts or industrial pollution, you can spend a marvellous holiday with the family in a calm and agreeable environment. It is the ideal setting for relaxing the body and the soul.

Beautiful vacation
We had very relaxing days in a well-equipped cottage, the location in Narbonne Plage is quiet and centrally located. Many things can be reached on foot. We had our bikes with us, which worked out very well as well. In the evenings, it was nice to sit on the cozy terrace. The contact with the landlady was uncomplicated and very friendly, she lives diagonally across in case you need help.

Oasis of well-being
For the 6th time, we had a vacation in this beautiful holiday home and it felt like coming home. But it was different this time, Jean-Pierre was missing. We missed him. The house: very well equipped, 2 bathrooms = luxury, great kitchen facilities - new stove and everything else was perfect. The location is ideal, everything can be reached: beach, restaurants, nature, shops. Not far away is a well-stocked SPAR supermarket with exceptionally good bread. Narbonne-Plage is very conveniently located for excursions: there is a market every day in St. Pierre. In Narbonne, the bus stop is just around the corner and you can ride for 1 euro. Gruissan is a beautiful old town. But the main attraction is the kilometer-long sandy beach. There is a "non-smoking beach" and a "dog beach". Everyone can find their own spot here. Narbonne-Plage and the holiday home "La Mer" are always worth a trip. We are looking forward to seeing you again next year. Alex and Gisa.

Pure relaxation.
The accommodation is super equipped, nothing is missing. My dog and I were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away. The location is perfect. I didn't use the car the whole time because everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin
Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, zumindest im Winter sehr ruhig (Sommer kann ich leider nicht beurteilen), auch sehr zu empfehlen mit Hund. Tolle Natur, viele Wanderwege und Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Auch die Vermieter kümmern sich sofort, falls mal etwas nicht funktionieren sollte. Empfehlenswert ?

je ne regrette rien ;-)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt einem wirklich an gar nichts. Frau Deleporte (spricht Deutsch und Französisch beides auf Muttersprachenniveau) hat sich im Vorhinein, Nachhinein und auch während unseres einwöchigen Urlaubs sehr lieb um uns gekümmert und hilft jederzeit. Auch unsere drei Hunde waren sehr willkommen. Vom Ferienhaus ist man außerdem in Windeseile am schönen Strand von Narbonne Plage. Merci beaucoup pour les vacances belles - au revoir.

Unbeschwerter Urlaub bei liebenswerten Gastgebern
Wir hatten wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus,nicht zuletzt weil es mit all den Helferlein wie Waschmaschine,Trockner,Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist.Die Lage ist toll,man kann nicht nur das Meer mit dem Traumstrand geniessen,sondern Wanderungen und Ausflüge in weitere interessante Gegenden unternehmen.Herzlichen Dank für alles,liebe Yvonne und Jean- Pierre

relaxing holiday in beautiful summer weather
We have stayed in this beautiful holiday home in La Mer several times now and have always enjoyed it. We have chosen this beautiful holiday home again because we knew that our expectations would be fully met here.
This time we were surprised to find that the living area and the bedroom now had air conditioning. This was very pleasant at over 30 degrees.
Once again we spent wonderful weeks in this beautiful house with its great terrace with outdoor barbecue.
The extensive interior furnishings also never cease to amaze.
The sea beach, only a few minutes' walk away, invites you to refresh yourself and go swimming.
The main shops and numerous restaurants are also nearby, so there was no need to move the car.
The Deleporte family, a very friendly and sympathetic couple, are always available to answer any questions and provide assistance.
It was once again a very nice stay and certainly not the last.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einer Ferienanlage und ist prima gelegen. Sowohl den Ortskern, als auch den Strand erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Felsen des Clape-Massiv grenzen direkt an die Anlage und es führt ein schöner Spazierweg vorbei.
Das Haus ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Für 5 Personen empfanden wir es etwas klein, aber im Urlaub hält man sich ja sowieso meist draußen auf.
Die Vermieterin Frau Deleporte war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass es uns in unserem Urlaub gut ging. Wir konnten sie jederzeit ansprechen.
Für unseren nächsten Urlaub in Narbonne-Plage werden wir uns dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall merken.

Wunderschön
Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal in dem schönen gemütlichen Ferienhaus.
Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden pudelwohl gefühlt. Die sehr hilfbereiten und lieben Vermieter sind mittlerweile gute Freunden geworden. Der nächste und 4. Urlaub für 2020 in diesem Ferienhaus ist schon gebucht.

Sommerurlaub 2018
Alles was schon an positiven Bewertungen geschrieben wurde, können wir nur bestätigten.
Wir verbrachten mit drei Personen drei sehr schöne Wochen in dem kleinen Häuschen.
Ausflüge, Party an der Promenade, faulenzen am Strand und nachts Ruhe trotz Hochsaison.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Relaxing days in Narbonne-Plage
We stayed in this holiday home for four weeks as a couple for the second time and can only confirm that this holiday home is ideally equipped and impresses with its quiet location near the sea.
Spending the evening on the quiet terrace after a nice walk on the beach is something you take home with you.
Thanks to the new wifi system, internet reception is also ideal.
The Deleporte couple, very friendly, react immediately to rare problems and take care of them

The only shortcoming we noticed is that the beautiful time in Narbonne Plage goes by too quickly.

Tolles Häuschen zum Verweilen
Super nettes Häusen, wunderbare Lage, zu Fuß jeweils nur 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und Strand. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke.

Beautiful holiday
We spent our holiday for the 3rd time in the beautiful
in the beautiful house of family Deleporte as always it was clean it has lacked nothing.
Mrs. Deleporte always asks if everything is ok and if she can help.La mer is situated in a quiet area but only a few minutes from the centre where you can find everything you need for shopping.5 minutes from the beach where you can swim or go for long walks
This time we went by train to Narbonne then by bus to Narbonne plage as you don't need a car there we did everything on foot,bike,bus.
From Narbonne there are trains every hour to Sete,Agde,Carcassonne it is not boring even if you come in autumn or winter.We will come again next year without a car

Ja, es war sicher ein Abenteuer, dieses Mal mit dem Zug anzureisen, aber hier kostet der Bus nur € 1,--/Pers. und die beiden Räder haben wir Ihnen gestellt, also war alles perfekt! Im schönen Oktober gab es auch viele Badetage! Warten wir's ab, wie es im Oktober 2018 wird? Wir freuen uns auf Sie! Ein schöner Urlaub
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub schon zum 3.mal
im schönen Haus von Familie Deleporte wie immer war es sauber es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Frau Deleporte frägt immer nach ob alles in Ordnung ob Sie helfen kann.La mer ist ruhig gelegen und doch nur wenige Minuten zum Centrum wo es alles zum einkaufen gibt.Der Strand 5.Minuten wo man schwimmen oder lange
Spaziergänge machen kann.Diemal sind wir mit dem Zug gefahren bis Narbonne dann mit Bus nach Narbonne plage da man vor Ort kein Auto braucht haben alles zu Fuß,Fahrrad,Bus gemacht.
Von Narbonne aus fahren jede Stunde Züge nach Sete,Agde,Carcassonne es wird nicht langweilig auch wenn man im Herbst oder Winter kommt.Wir
kommen nächstes Jahr wieder ohne Auto Stressfrei!

Sommerurlaub 2016
Sehr schön und absolut ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terasse. Trotzdem nur 10 Min. zu Fuß zum traumhaften, feinsandigen Strand. 5 Min zu einem kleinen Imbiss mit frischen Backwaren.
Gleich daneben kleiner Interspar mit sehr langen Öffnungszeiten (8.00 bis 22.00 durchgehend auch am Sonntag).
An die Vermieter kann man sich wirklich in allen Belangen wenden. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir habenzwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen verbracht und können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Die Infrastruktur für unsere Gäste wird immer besser! Neben dem zitierten Imbiss, der übrigens ab 2018 eine Menge frischer Köstlichkeiten anbieten will, gibt es einen Pizzabäcker mit Abholservice. Die Pizzen sind super!

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung abseits des Straßenverkehrs mit einem herrlichen Blick ins La Clape-Gebirge. Der Vorteil der schönen Terasse ist, dass sie morgens zunächst im Schatten liegt, so dass man bei angenehmen Temperaturen draußen frühstücken kann. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Bequemlichkeiten von Waschmaschine bis zu Sandwichtoaster etc. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Das Schlafzimmer ist gut, die Betten geräumig und bequem. Das Kinderzimmer wegen der Dachschräge ziemlich eng. Die Treppe ins OG ist sehr steil, daher nicht für sehr kleine Kinder zu empfehlen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und hilfsbereit und offen für alle Fragen und Wünsche.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Herrliche Landschaft, ruhige, sehr saubere und ansprechende Feriensiedlung, nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen und zur Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und guter Unterhaltung, 3 x in der Woche ist Markt an der Strandpromenade, groß und sehr schön. Jeden Abend ebenfalls viele Verkaufsstände. Sehr abwechslungsreich. Mit dem Auto kann man viele sehenswerte Orte in kurzer Zeit erreichen, sehr abwechslungsreich.
free time activities: Strand, Wandern, Radfahren, Wassersport, Musik und Karaoke am Abend, viele Bands und andere Vorstellungen jeden Abend. Und sicherlich noch vieles mehr,...
shopping facilities: Am Ort gibt es 2 Spar-Läden, dort ist es jedoch sehr teuer, besser kauft man im LIDL im Nachbarort ein. Und natürlich auf dem Markt am Ort.

Inzwischen wurde die steile Treppe in eine sehr bequeme ausgewechselt. Es hat lange gedauert, endlich den richtigen Schreiner zu finden. Auch des Dachliegefenster im oberen Bad wurde durch ein VELUX-Fenster mit Sensor ausgetauscht. Es schließt sich automatisch, wenn es einige Regentropfen gibt!
