It has an entry on the ground flour, a spacious living room with fireplace or woodstove and open kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and an interconnected garage. The bathroom on the groundlevel is equipped with a sauna. On the first floor this house has four bedrooms and two fully equipped surface area of this house is approximately 240 m2. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people based on double occupancy per bedroom.

The house Gamma is situated in the villapark Lipno Dreams which is situated on one of the most beautiful spots of the South Bohemian region in the village Lipno nad Vltavou on the border of the Lipno lake. This park consists out of three different types of houses and is located on a slope on walking distance from the village. The park is surrounded by of the sizable plots (between 730 m2 - m2) every villa offers lots of privacy and a fantastic view over the surrounding area. The landscape in this part of the country is indeed very scenic. All the villas have a large terrace favourably situated in relation to the sun. Further all the villas have wireless internet and a tv-system with at least 30 channels. Directly next to the park one will find a restaurant and a children's playground nearby. Also there is a brand new bobsleigh track of about meters. Underneath is the starting point of the chairlift which will bring you to the top of the Kramolin. Both the chairlift as well as the bobsleigh track are open year round. Nowadays the Czech Republic is in many ways still relatively affordable compared to Western Europe. The Lipno lake area is one of the most beautiful touristic destination in the Czech Republic. The small pitturesque villages offer an atmosphere of a long past era. The lake itself offers many possibilities for watersports. Waterskiing and speedboats are not allowed. The river Moldau offers many possibilities for canoeing and rafting which is very popular with both tourists and , cyclists and mountainbikers can make magnificent tours through this nature rich area. In the village Lipno is an indoor pool which is open all year walking distance of the villas, in the centre of the village, there is a small boulevard with a touristic office, several restaurants and on short distance of the villapark you will find a 18-holes village Lipno nad Vltavou offers many possibilities during winter time. The chairlift will take you to the top of Kramolin. The smallest can stay in the village in the Fox Parc, which offers a carousel, many fairy tale figures and ski a basic skipass all downhill runs will be available to be discovered. The skipass can be upgraded so that you can even ski after dawn on several lighted ski slopes or make use of the swimming pool (price of a 6-days skipass including nightskiing or access to the swimming pool € 75,00).Furthermore there is a snowpark for the snowboarders and several trials for croos country. Tuition is possible at the Lipno ski & snowboard school. Equipment can be rented at several rental to the villapark is a bobsleigh track which ranks among the world-class tracks with its specifications and location in the beautiful natural landscape with ravishing views of the Lipno Lake. On a comfortable bobsleigh a tow will take you quite easily to the start of the track, covering the distance of 420 metres. A one kilometre-long slide down is awaiting you.
