The holiday home Casa Punta Ala is located in a beautiful, quiet panoramic position in the well-known seaside resort of Punta Ala. The living space of approx. 110 sqm is distributed over two living levels. On the ground floor there is the bright living room with dining area and terrace, the kitchen, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a small bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms - one with a fantastic sea view and terrace and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. The windows of the front of the house reveal a view of the Gulf of Punta Ala and Follonica while from the back of the house you can see the islands of Elba, Montecristo and Giglio.

The holiday home Casa Punta Ala impresses with its quiet location in a private residential area and the fantastic all-round sea view. The windows at the front of the house offer a view of the Gulf of Punta Ala and Follonica, while the back of the house offers a view of the islands of Elba, Montecristo and Giglio. The very best panoramic sea view can be enjoyed from the cliff, which can be reached via a private path and some steps from the back of the house. The nearest bathing beach is about 1.5 km away, as is the centre of Punta Ala with shopping centre, shops, restaurants, bank, post office, etc. The internationally known seaside resort of Punta Ala is only a few minutes away. The internationally known seaside resort of Punta Ala belongs to the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia on the south coast of Tuscany. The Tuscan island of Elba is about 30 km away and can be clearly seen on a clear day.
Punta Ala is characterised today by the largest marina on the Tuscan coast. Many sailing enthusiasts are familiar with this place. The town centre offers a beautiful promenade, numerous shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as hotels and apartment complexes of the upper class. Regattas, horse-riding and golf tournaments are held regularly during the season. The nearby Punta Ala Golf Club is one of the oldest and most difficult golf courses in Italy.
Punta Ala is an ideal starting point for excursions to the most interesting Etruscan towns in Tuscany Roselle, Vetulonia and Populonia.
