Beautiful holiday home, great location, very clean, top equipped
The holiday home is very centrally located and you can find everything in the immediate vicinity. The equipment is great, you have everything you need. It was also very clean and we felt very comfortable. The owners were very nice and always available. We will gladly come again. Thank you very much!

Leider ein Reinfall für uns
Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung.Geschirr,Gläser usw alles da,Matratzen waren gut. Schöne Dachterrasse(leider tagsüber kaum nutzbar.)
Nicht seniorengeeignet,sehr steile Wendeltreppe!
Aussicht aus den Zimmern auf Hinterhof und Abstellkammer.
Rostige Bettpfosten,alter Staub und Ameisen,die ich mit Gift bekämpfen sollte, waren nur einige der Gründe um früher abzureisen.
Leider für uns ein Reinfall.

Kurze Gegendarstellung,
die Sonnenterrasse ist zu jeder Zeit nutzbar und verfügt über einen großen Sonnenschirm, das Terrassenzimmer verfügt über eine Schiebetür und zwei große Fenster zum öffnen somit ist Schatten mit guter Luftzirkulation auch im Hochsommer vorhanden.
Das Haus hat einen ersten Stock und die Dachterrasse, somit auch eine Treppe mit Geländer wie in 30 weiteren gleichen Häusern. Gäste entscheiden selbst vor Anmietung, ob sie die bekannt Treppe nutzen können. Das Haus wird nicht als Behindertengerecht angeboten und ist für Senioren geeignet.
Es gibt im EG einen privaten vorgebauten Raum, somit hat das südliche EG Schlafzimmer zwei Fenster hintereinander. Alle Betten sind aus Holz nur ein Beistellbett hat ein Stahlgestell bei dem die Füße möglicherweise als rostig angesehen werden können. Wir haben keine Ameisen im Haus, jedoch bei Essensreste und mit Hund sind die Ameisen schnell im Haus. Wir haben vom namhaften deutschen Supermarkt „A“ ein Insektenspray (auch gegen Ameisen) für Innenräume empfohlen, was nicht schädlich ist „kein Gift“. Das Haus wird vor jeder Neuvermietung gründlich gereinigt. Nach 4 Tagen wurde uns von Verschmutzung berichtet, bei sofortiger Besichtigung konnte außer neuer Verschmutzung nichts festgestellt werden.
