Description
A huge house right on the beach! The villa over three levels offers plenty of space, an ideal house for several families. It is located in the well-known villa settlement Campulongu at the edge of Villasimius, a beautiful, long sandy beach, the well-known golf course "Tanka Golf" and the direct neighbourhood of famous sandy beaches like "Timiama", Cala Caterina and "Due Mari" distinguish this place.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with air conditioning, fireplace and terrace facing the sea. The kitchen is conveniently connected by a door to the side of the house where the barbecue is set up. A double bedroom with extra bed and air conditioning and bathroom is also in the lower part of the house. A staircase in the living room leads to the mezzanine floor with bathroom, small room with bunk bed and a double bedroom with extra bed, air conditioning and balcony. On the top floor there is another double room with a large terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Through a small garden gate in the spacious garden, you can reach the beautiful sandy beach directly via a small path. If it weren't for the many trees between the villa and the beach, you could see the sea directly from the house.
At the back of the garden is a small dependence that could be visited by the house owners.

Location and surroundings of object
The Nida Villa is located directly on the sandy beach known for its beauty of Solanas. You just need to go through the garden gate and stand on the white sand. As to the villa is by a private road, situated right on the beach with no cars to be seen or heard, an idyll! But also to the shops of the town is not far away, without effort you can achieve this distance.

A great beach holiday
In the second half of September we spent two lovely weeks with our friends in this beautiful holiday home
The super nice landlady, Andrea Nelle, was waiting for us and showed us the house. She explained everything to us, and in German, how pleasant! She also gave us great tips for tours and restaurants in the area, Villasimius really offers a lot. She was also always available to answer our questions. Many thanks for that.
We ate very good pizza at the nearby marina or stopped for a capuccino. Villasimius is a nice town for shopping and we enjoyed browsing through the many shops and boutiques. You can also buy the typical Sardinian ceramics there, which we like very much!
Many great sandy beaches are within easy reach and the Costa Rei is only a few minutes away by car
The sandy beach of Campulongu was really almost directly behind the garden gate! It was pleasantly uncrowded. Crystal clear, turquoise water on a white sandy beach, incomparable!
The house was very clean, nicely furnished and we had plenty of space. It has a perfect layout to stay comfortably with several people
