Welcome to our non-smoking holiday home in the North Sea spa resort of Bensersiel.
Sea, sand, beach and waves, low tide and high tide, iodine-rich salt air, a healthy stimulating and healing climate, and lots of space await you here in our house.
From Bensersiel you can also take a trip to the island of Langeoog.

The beach is about a 3-minute walk away

It is located in a quiet, natural setting in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea beach.

The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms with two showers and a bathtub and a guest toilet.
There are additional LCD TV sets in the bedrooms.
For our little guests, there is a "Dada" cot, a high chair and a changing table
A garden with terrace and a barbecue as well as teak garden furniture for 12 people are available so that you can also enjoy the evening hours on our covered terrace with awnings.
A washing machine and dryer are available. For your dog we charge 5 EUR /day. Including all-inclusive additional costs.

Perfect accommodation for larger groups
The house is very large, has 6 bedrooms (4 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each) and 3 bathrooms with WC and one WC extra. It is very quiet in the bedrooms and you hardly hear anything from the others. Everything was really super clean. There are several cots and two high chairs for toddlers, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and barbecue.
The common area consists of a living room with 3 sofas and two armchairs and a dining area with a large table that easily seats eleven people.
The house is located about 1 km from Bensersiel. The location is superbly quiet and yet close to the village.
There is a path from the house over the dyke to the sea. In Bensersiel there is a small supermarket, as well as a fish stall at the harbour and several restaurants and pubs. There is also a large playground on the beach and a great indoor playground. Perfect for long walks and bicycle tours.
We were also lucky with the weather and could enjoy the large terrace and the beautiful grounds.
The ideal holiday home for larger groups, even with several children.

Timos Landhuus
The property is large, well-kept, quiet and yet only about 15 minutes walk from Bensersiel.
The house is large and spacious with plenty of room .
The kitchens and bathrooms have everything you need and more.
Everything is clean and tidy.
We will be happy to come back!!!

Hello family Demming A heartfelt thank you for a few unforgettable days in your holiday home, we all felt very comfortable and there was nothing to complain about. The tip with the Lokeschen was excellent. The weather was cold and windy, as it should be in January at the North Sea! MfG family H.
