HELLO DEAR GUESTS !
In the middle of 2005 we bought a new home.
One house was big and one was very small.
We wanted to give the house and our lives
a new colour.
So the paintbrush went round inside and outside
and the result was friendly and cheerful:
our "KUNTERBUNT" holiday home!
We gave each room a different colour,
because we all want our lives to be colourful!
Now some guests already come and go here
and with fond memories, it's off home again!
Our small KUNTERBUNT holiday home offers about 50 square metres of space for 4 people. Here you will find a colourful cottage for the cosy rooms with a different colour scheme.
Built into the hillside, it stands on the sunny side of Hallenberg with a beautiful view of our half-timbered town, the Hallenberg open-air stage and forest and is child-friendly and your dog can also holiday with us (free of charge)
If you want to enjoy a quiet and stress-free holiday, you can do it here. Why? Because you are surrounded by tranquillity and yet a lively variety of nature, which you can explore with the children. You can sleep well after a day in our good mountain air and the children can play carefree without the danger of heavy car traffic (as it is in a small street a little out of the way). And the night can sometimes be so quiet that you can hear the hare and hedgehog chattering. Sometimes, if you're lucky, even deer and squirrels say hello! For more "Trallalla" just drive to the neighbouring villages such as Winterberg, Züschen, Medebach and ! We have Netto just round the corner, all within 15 - 20 minutes by car. You can also reach our cosy little half-timbered town, which is well worth seeing, in just a few minutes.
The layout of the house is as follows:
A kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, egg cooker and toaster. In the cold season, a wood pellet stove provides cosy warmth. From the kitchen you can reach the balcony with garden furniture. From there you have a beautiful view over Hallenberg. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, CD player and games for the bathroom with window, shower, WC and washbasin. You will also find small extras such as: hairdryer, shower gel, Via a small staircase you reach the two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds + baby cot. Just outside the front door is a small terrace with garden furniture. Play and sunbathing lawn behind the house. Barbecue for cosy summer evenings. Sledges are also available in winter. The house is quietly situated, built on the sunny side of the slope, it can be reached via some stone steps.
Shops are all close by (about 600 metres). The new natural adventure pool and the Hallenberg open-air theatre can be reached quickly via beautiful paths. 10-20 min. walk.
Hallenberg and the surrounding area offers beautiful hiking trails (also Nordic walking). Mountain bikers and motorcyclists also get their money's worth here, in winter good skiing opportunities and cross-country trails in the ,Winterberg and other neighbouring towns can be reached in 10-30.
Prices:
from 35,- to 50,- Euro per night for 2 persons, each additional person 5,- Euro extra per very economical wood pellet stove keeps the small house cosy and warm and is charged per bag (8,50) after use.

Our little half-timbered house is on the sunny side of the slope and there you have a beautiful view of hall with mountains, meadows and forests. Hallenberg in the Upper Sauerland they are about 15km vobei äfte for tägichen need to ähe. Neighboring areas of Winterberg, Zueschen, Liesen, Medebach ... can be reached in a few minutes. Beautiful half-timbered houses and the Hallenberger outdoor stage to make a round trip interesting.
