Feel the way of living like Vinodol's people did in the past and spend a holiday in a house which is originaly bulit up in the middle of the 19th century (around 150 years ago) in the authentic seaside style, and today is properly reconstructed and modernly the pictureToday this house, that has a long tradition of known Vinodol's sculptors and mesons, and has been totally arranged and updated, is ready to provide the top comfort to the guests. Here you'll be able to see an unique view on the west part of the Vinodol as well as on the Vinodol's channel and the sea between Crikvenica and the north part of an island of Krk. You'll get away from the seaside heat on the 300 meters altitude where the sea and hill winds are mixing and where the temperature is always 2-3 degries lower than along the the pictureThe yard of the house is arranged with a special love of the hosts and in it you'll find a roofed barbecue for the gourmets and a large backyard that will fill your expirience in the complete oase of the peace and silence and authentic location hidden away from the crowd and noise. On the ground-floor of the house, in which two to four people can be comfortable, is the living room with a kitchen and a toilet, and on the first floor is one smaller and one bigger room with a bathroom. In 1288 there was constituded the "Vinodolski zakonik" (Vinodol's law code), one of the oldest european law documents. In the 16 century one of the greatest painter of minuatures was born, Juraj Julije Klović, so-called "Michelangelo of the miniature", cause he was Michelangelo's student and the teacher of El interesting geographycal position of Vinodol "a step from the sea, two from the snow", is its special value. On the one side it strechs from the woods with a mountain climate (from Viševica in the north-east), and on the other side, down to the valley, until the sea (Vinodol's sea channel in the south-west) with a mediterran climate. Vinodol's valley strechs in the direction north-west (Križišće) - south-east (Novi Vinodolski, Ledenice). Already hundred years ago there were the papers in which you could see the starts of the organizided trips to lovers of mountain-climbing are having a big number of safe marked mountain roads that give a beautiful view on the whole Kvarner, the islands of the Krk and Cres, all until Zavižan on the Velebit in the east and Ucka in the west. The bike-roads are calling the bikers for a ride through the seaside and hill parts of Vinodol, fishermen can go for fishing on the freshwater lake in Tribalj and hunters in the wood part for a hunt on the wild animals. Today there is no problem to meet Vinodol from the air, too, because on the clifs above Tribalj there's one of the well-known airfield for the accomodation in Vinodol you can find in rooms and apartments of the comfortable family houses, originally arranged rural houses or hiking-hotels. It's also mentioned in the Vinodolski zakonik ("Vinodol's law code") from church of the saint Dujam - dedicated to an old-christian marty from 3th century, the bishop of the antic church of the saint Stjepan - The gothic chapel from 15th century with a tower with three bells. KVARNERKvarner is divided into three areas Gorski kotar, Primorje and the island area. It covers the surface of km2 or of territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Gorski kotar with moderate continental or mountain climate, many forest and water resources is an area that distinguishes itself with the quality of air and water, and it is rich with flora and fauna. The area isn't very developed and populated.
KvarnerPrimorje has a Mediterranean climate with mild and rainy winters. It stretches out from Rijeka to Vinodol channel between Ucka (1396) on the west and the mountains of Gorski kotar on the north and northeast, on the southeast stretches out the fertile area of Vinodol.
Island area has a Mediterranean climate. It consists of two series of kvarner islands: west with Cres and Losinj and several smaller islands; east with Krk and Rab and a few smaller islands that aren't inhabited. The biggest islands are Krk and Cres each of them with a surface of 406 m2.
Kvarner is an area that because of the diversity of climate and vegetation, connection of the seaside, islands and mountains, architecture and culture and the closeness of European regions, during three centuries, has been developing tourism for 160 years.

Beautiful country house.
The owner and the owner are incredibly warm and loving people!!! Rarely have I felt so comfortable from anhib!!!
The house is beautiful and just like in the pictures, simply a dream of a country house! The pool is nice and big and the cleanliness is super!!!

Beautiful house
Again a big thank you to the Gasparovic family. We spontaneously decided to arrive one day earlier. The coordination was done without any problems over the phone. The house was perfect for us as we were a family with 3 dogs. The provision of towels, bed linen, and pool cleaning went smoothly. The owners always gave us tips about the regions when we asked for them. The house is located about 7 km outside of the port city of Crikvenica on the mountain, so for shopping, dining, and strolling, you always have to use the car. But it is highly recommended for a quiet vacation. So, once again, a big thank you to the owners. We would definitely book this house again if we come to this region.
