In the separate guest house of the organic agriturismo LA COLLINA there are three comfortable flats, restored in style and elegantly furnished. The Magnolia Suite is located on the ground floor of the house, it has approx. 120 m² and a total of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. A cot and high chair are available if required. Another convenience is the guest toilet. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy fireplace corner and a spacious lounge with a large table and a small antique games table offer enough space for a small lively family or a group of friends. The magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside never ceases to amaze. From the flat you have direct access to the garden and the gravelled terrace. In the large garden there is a brick barbecue with pizza oven for culinary evenings. The most important international and German channels can be received via satellite TV, radio telephones have good reception, WLan is available for Internet users. The spring water swimming pool is located in the olive grove amidst the peaceful and fragrant nature of Tuscany. Excellent, quality-controlled drinking water from a spring is available to all guests throughout the house and outside.

The estate of the organic agriturismo LA COLLINA is situated in a wonderful panoramic position at the foot of the Montalbano mountain range, embedded in a typical Tuscan landscape. Located about 40 km west of Florence near the town of Montecatini Terme, LA COLLINA is a central starting point for excursions to the famous art and culture cities of Tuscany as well as to the sea. Wonderful walks directly from the house with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills with small villages of Etruscan origin leave unforgettable impressions of a Tuscany trip. Because of the exposed position, magnificent sunsets are delivered free to the house and are imprinted forever. In the midst of the green hilly landscape of Tuscany lies Larciano, close (15 km) to one of Italy's most exclusive spas, Montecatini Terme. Famous for its unique architecture of the "Belle Epoche" and its beautiful gardens, the sophisticated spa town invites you to both tranquillity and lively activity in an extraordinary ambience. Its central location makes the small town of Larciano an ideal starting point for excursions to the worthwhile art and cultural cities of Tuscany. | The rental price is valid in the main season for up to 4 people with use of two double rooms, each with its own bathroom, and the entire suite with kitchen with dining area and fireplace corner, lounge and guest WC. The rent includes electricity, water, gas for cooking, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. In the low season the prices are reduced by 100 € each. This will be charged according to expenditure, but with a minimum of 70 €. It is charged only once, regardless of the length of stay and is therefore not included in the rental price. Heating in the cool season according to consumption, firewood one basket free of charge, replenishment against payment. |

The above prices are for 4 people for a stay of one week (Saturday-Saturday) including the additional costs for electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels.
