Description
We are located in the most western province of Austria, near the Swiss border, in the state of Vorarlberg. Our apartment is about m above sea level in the little town of Bartholomaeberg, above the main town of Schruns-Tschagguns. We have a beautiful panoramic view accross the Rätikon, Silvretta and Verwall mountain ranges.

Location and surroundings of object
We are only 300 metres away from the town centre, with its beautiful and famous church, a little shop and the tourist information office. There is a conveniant bus stop right in front of our house. Bartholomaeberg is the oldest town in the Montafon valley. It offers hundreds of kilometres of signed hiking trails, beautiful landscapes and scenery. Within 5 minutes you are in the main town with all its leisure facilities, shops and the cable car stations.

| Rental price for two persons in summer € 80,- per night, in winter € 90,- per night. Each additional person € 10,- per night. Children up to 2 years free of charge. Children up to and including 12 years - 50 %. visitor's tax and additional costs are included. Generally higher prices apply over Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter. Short stays are welcome, but there is a short stay surcharge. For pets there is a surcharge of € 30,-. For stays longer than 6 days, the Austrian motorway vignette is included. |

We are a partner of the Activpark Montafon, a sports and leisure park, about 5 minutes by car from our house. Therefore you can enjoy many additional benefits, like entry to the public pool, miniature golf, mountainbiking, children's animation programmes, etc, for free.

We are the Bitschnau family, consisting of dad Manuel, mum Yvonne and the two crown princes Cedrik and Niklas. Our cat Lilly also lives with us in the house. We bought the house in 2004 and have constantly renovated and expanded it. Our many guests, among them many regulars, feel very comfortable with us, as the flat is very cosy and super equipped. The view is a dream and makes us happy every day. The close and personal contact to our guests is very important to us. That's why we are always on a first-name basis with each other. We look forward to seeing you.
