On our property in the main house there are 2 holiday flats on the 1st floor with 2 balconies and lake view, 2 holiday flats at ground level with balcony and terrace and 2 holiday flats in our new annexe in the garden area with large south-facing balcony or terrace. In the
In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed with coffee table, reading lamp, SAT-TV and sideboard. From the kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs you have access to the sea-facing balcony. In the main house 1st floor with lake view. The bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and large wardrobe is located on the courtyard side in absolute tranquillity, just like the bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and towel dryer. The balconies facing the courtyard and the terraces at ground level face east in the morning sun.

At Waren harbour you can experience the Mediterranean flair of the Müritz metropolis. Great short holiday in a beautiful area
We were able to spend a long weekend in Waren.
The great flat, which lacked nothing,

Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Nr.1 von Fam. Blasius sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sauber.Bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten ( großer Topf, Verdunkelungsrolo im Wohnzimmer)die uns fehlten, war alles top.Die Lage der Wohnung kann nicht besser sein. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Satisfied all round
We spent a week in flat 3. The location of the flats is perfect - only a few minutes walk to the marina and the centre of Waren. The flat is very functionally equipped - baby cot and high chair were also available. The balcony with a view of the Müritz is fantastic. There is also a second balcony facing the inner courtyard. Mr Blasius gave us a friendly welcome ; questions and concerns were answered very quickly and courteously (also in advance by e-mail). All in all, we can unreservedly recommend a stay with the Blasius family!

Beautiful family holiday

Traumhaft
Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Tage an der Müritz,wobei die sehr gastfreundliche Familie Blasius einen grossen Teil zu bei trug. Zuvorkommend,immer ansprechbar und super nett. Die Ferienwohnung ebenerdig war sauber,mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Hafen und der Altstadt. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen und werde die super Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Blasius mit Sicherheit nochmal in Anspruch nehmen ;-)

Very central and in sensational scenic surroundings.
In October we visited Waren for the first time. After a long search, we booked holiday flat 1 with the Blasius family. Mr. Blasius welcomed us in a very friendly way, showed us around and gave us lots of tips for things to do. A folder with the most important information was also helpful. The flat is well divided and functional for wheelchair users. The only handicap was the bathroom door, which was wide enough but could only be opened inwards. However, with a 2nd bathroom chair it was easy to manage. As you can read in other reviews, the holiday flats are very centrally located and in sensational scenic surroundings, which we considered a big plus and can only confirm. We will definitely come to Waren again and can only recommend the flats of the Blasius family.

very beautiful from the surroundings, unfortunately the weather was not good
We were here as a couple over 60 with stroke disability.
The flat was well adapted for this (lots of grab rails, non-slip tiles, high toilet), you could have used a wheelchair.
The landlords were nice, gave tips, but we had to drive a lot to see anything. The cobblestones in Waren were difficult.
We can recommend the flat.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung
Voll ausgestatte Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hafen und umliegenden Restaurants mit eigenem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers. W-LAN ist vorhanden.Sehr nette Vermieter die sich sofort um das Wohl der Urlauber kümmern.Für Rollstuhlfahrer durchaus geeignet. 2 Wohnungen in Paterre sind ebenerdig erreichbar und 1m breite Türen sind vorhanden.
Alles in allem, ein gelungener Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Blasius.

Schöne Urlaubstage auch Dank einer tollen Ferienwohnung
Eine wirklich schöne und sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit netten und freundlichenVermitern. Alles ist sauber und die Einrichtung erfüllt alle Wünsche. Im Urlaub bedarf es ja keines Fünf-Gänge-Menüs, so dass die kleine Küchenzeile durchaus ausreichend ist.,
Die Lage ist geradezu ideal. Die 8 Gehminuten zum Hafen mit den Möglichkeiten in verschiedenen Restaurants das Leben zu genießen sind locker zu schaffen, reichen aber aus, den Lärm feiernder Freizeitkapitäne abzuschirmen. Nach dem abendlichen Spaziergang um den Hafen haben wir besonders ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Seeblick in der untergehenden Sonne genossen.
Dies war unser erster Urlaub im Hause Blasius, aber mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter.

Frühlingslüfte in Waren an der Müritz
Das Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung etc. waren wie beschrieben. Die Ferienwohnung war gepflegt , sauber und sehr ruhig. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Balkon ganztägig besonnt. Der Vermieter hat uns gut betreut und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Freizeitangebot ist vielseitig. Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir waren nun schon 13 mal an der Müritz, davon neunmal in diesem Haus. Es ist jedesmal eine große Freude, die netten Gastgeber Doreen, Thomas, Carl und Erwin wiederzsehen. Es ist immer wieder ein Wohlfühlen dort, es ist sehr sauber, alles ist, wie beschrieben, Für uns ist besonders wichtig, dass wir mit unserem 33jährigen Rollstuhlfahrer super zurecht kommen. Auch die Ausstattung lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, Mann kann aber auch Essen gehen, in ca 300m Entfernung. (Mehrere Restaurantes) Besonders schön ist auch die Hafennähe. Aktivurlauber kommen auch hier auf Ihre Kosten. Z. b. Nationalpark etc. Auch Freunde, die schon dabei waren gaben uns immer ein positives Feedbach. Auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wir waren in Waren und waren sehr begeistert
Nach eingehendem Studium des 1-A-Inserates hier haben wir nach vorherigem telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter schließlich die Ferienwohnungen 2 "Am Seeufer 11 in Waren" gebucht.
Diese FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss rechts (von vorne gesehen). Auf der Rückseite befindet sich die Terasse, hinter der der PKW abgestellt werden kann.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. Ich bezeichne sie als hochwertig. Der sehr nette Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls in dem Haus.
Bei Übernahme der Wohnung erhält man auch Informationsmaterial.
Gleich gegenüber haben die Müritzfischer ihr Domizil. Hier kann man kleine Snacks wie Fischbrötchen usw. einnehmen.
Der Yachthafen ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Von hier aus geht es auch in die Altstadt (2 Minuten).
Die FeWo liegt also sehr zentral.
Essen gehen kann man in Waren nahezu überall. Die Qualität ist überall gleich gut. Wir haben uns auf "Heinos Fischerstuw" am Ende des Yachthafens ein geschossen.
Gefrühstückt wurde zumeist im Altstadtcafe am Marktplatz.
Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gibt es genug. Wir haben Touren mit Ausflugsschiffen unternommen.
Tipp:
Geht in das Büro der "Blau Weißen Flotte" (es ist in der Einkaufspassage am Ende des Yachthafens untergebracht).
Dort gibt es 7-Tagestickets. Diese gelten für diesen Zeitraum, und bis auf wenige Sonderfahrten kann man sie "Tag und Nacht" nutzen.
Insgesamt gesehen war das einer unserer schönsten Urlaube.
Die Ferienwohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen; sie ist eigentlich schon ein "Muss".

free time activities: Für Radfahrer finde ich ein muß, der Müritz-Nationalpark liegt direkt nebendran.
Auch zum Wandern ideal.
Alles gut ausgeschrieben und man verläuft sich nicht. ;-)
shopping facilities: Da es in der Altstadt liegt hat man alles was das Herz begerht.
Restaurants in allen Genussrichtungen.
Der Bäcker ist nur um die Ecke und man hat frische Brötchen.
Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuss zu erreichen.
