The apartment is located on the first floor of our House with a total of 4 apartments. There are a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a balcony with seating available for your comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen is functionally equipped with toaster, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Through the large Windows in the living room, this room is always full of natural light and invites you to relax. In the bedroom is a double bed and a sofa bed for your restful sleep in the living room. On cooler days, the partial underfloor heating in the living room provides a pleasant warmth. No matter whether you arrive with your own car or train - you reach us within a few minutes after you pass through the entrance of Zinnowitz. Due to prevailing administrative purposes of the neighbouring objects by the owner, our village is very quiet and well kept. Zinnowitz celebrated in 2009 its 700th anniversary. In all these years, our site thanks to its residents and visitors evolved into one of the most popular and most beautiful seaside resorts of Usedom. All prices quoted here are exclusive of visitor's tax. This is levied by the municipality of Zinnowitz for persons over 17 years of age. It amounts to 2,50 EUR or 1,50 EUR / day. Dogs are charged 0.50 EUR per day all year round. If you do not wish to bring your own bed linen and towels, we will gladly provide you with a linen package (bed linen, as well as 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel) for only EUR 15.00 per person. We offer WLAN internet access free of charge. |

Vacation? Feeling at home.
Great accommodation, spacious 2-room apartment where nothing is missing and you feel at home. The kitchen has everything to create large menus if desired. Everything is very clean and the outdoor facilities are well maintained. Each apartment has a parking space, which is also important in Zinnowitz. However, a car is not necessarily necessary as the train station is only a 10-minute walk away. The city center can be reached on foot in 8 minutes and the beach is reached after another 4 minutes. ???
